We had a good stay at the hotel. It was all clean and the staff was friendly. There are some restaurants and convenience stores nearby. The room size is a bit small but okay. If you want to save some money the hotel is fine. Just the fact that there is NO towels is not good! There is only disposable towels for your hands and also after showering. The smell of these towels is weird and they don’t dry you well. (The towels are shown in the picture)

Atour is a fantastic hotel to stay with. I love that they are consistent in service, design, and comfort wherever we travel. When we checked in, the girl at the front desk explained that the room away from the elevator on the 6th floor was very small, but there was one near the elevator on the 2nd floor that was larger if the 6th floor wasn’t acceptable. The room on the 6th floor was more like a closet with no space for a suitcase, the window wasn’t really a window, and it had a terrible smell. When I came back to the desk to ask I could change rooms, she immediately let us move to the larger room on the 2nd floor which was great! Clean, large enough for 2 suitcases, and a real window. Traveling for several weeks, having the ability to laundry is key and I love their laundry facility- state of the art, industrial washer and dryers that work quickly and efficiently. The front desk staff is amazing- you can leave it with them and they’ll do the laundry (wash/ dry) and return to you free of charge, or you can do it yourself (but you may have to wait until a washer is available which is why they suggest leaving it with them). The area around the hotel is extremely convenient- many restaurants, tea shops, etc., it’s within walking distance to a lot of shopping, and both bus stops/ metro stations are within walking distance.
