4/12曾經入住過這酒店，當時給我的印象還不錯，也給了好評，所以我回到貴陽又入住了這家酒店。但這次體驗不佳，遇到些不順利事情，1。當天入住的，出去遊玩回酒店卻刷卡失敗，打電話給前台，前台説系統故障，需要下樓重新再更新，我提着重物，和他商量，是否派個員工上樓解決，回答沒有其他人，就他一個人要守着前台，服務態度不好。2。上下電梯有3部，走進一個電梯沒想到立馬有故障了，差點關在裏面，最後衹剩下一個正常運作，等候時間很長。反正我對這家酒店的好感也結束了。
