A homestay with a very good environment, suitable for us to be annoyed in a crowded city, escape out, and find ourselves in a quiet environment. The people here are very good and friendly to the dogs. These days, the housekeeper Huang also gave us an umbrella. I was afraid that if it rained, we would get wet. The breakfast here is also delicious. 😋 The homestay is close to the Liuxi River. You can also take the dog to kayak. It is really pleasant to row on the stream. 剛進村的時候周圍建築讓我有種回到老家的感覺，搖下車窗一股雨後清新的味道撲面而來，非常舒心的感覺。整棟民宿不大，原木風格我很喜歡，因為到達時已經很晚了，管家下班了，自助入住很方便。管家提前開好空調，一進房間涼意滿滿，非常舒服。這應該是最大的房間，非常適合一家四口入住，有個大浴缸，洗澡時放好水和牛奶泡泡，洗完澡跳下浴池解除一天的疲勞，當天晚上睡得特別香。一覺睡到自然醒，管家已經準備好早餐，有香香的肉粥，甜甜的玉米，濃郁的咖啡，還特意煎了幾個荷包蛋。吃完早餐去葡萄園摘葡萄，嚐了新但沒買，葡萄棚有點悶熱，拍了照片就走了。高速附近有家荔枝木烤雞，現烤的，非常香脆好吃，竹筒飯也很香，山坑螺就個頭就有點小，味道還是不錯的。因為刮颱風下雨，溪水又大又急，這次沒能溯溪，下次再來，非常推薦這家民宿…

It’s so great to have a 2 nights 3 days vacation in the resort. Bulter service is good! Buffet breakfast is not much variety! Gym room is fun. If there is a water dispenser provided would be fantastic!Overall services is excellent! Surrounding area is beautiful! Lots of other facilities are available in the surrounding area. OOsamaFarThe hotel is quite good, rooms are clean and adequate . It is close to the airport and the near subway station(1.5Km) can be used to travel to the city. The breakfast is also good only thing i would like to add is they should have a halal corner at the breakfast. I have stayed at holiday inn and they have a separate halal corner for breakfast of Muslims.
The airport shuttle did not arrived for pickup from the airport even though i called them before boarding the flight from my country.
Overall experience was quite good.

I recently stayed at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel (Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport) for two nights. Unfortunately, my experience fell far short of the positive reviews I read online, which makes me question their authenticity.
**From the very beginning, the check-in process was unpleasant.** The staff displayed a rude and unwelcoming demeanor. When they provided the initial Wi-Fi username and password, it turned out to be incorrect.
**We returned to the lobby to address the Wi-Fi issue.** Instead of simply providing the correct credentials, the staff member became impatient and took our phone to set up the connection themselves. When we politely requested the username and password for our computer, they responded with a dismissive attitude, stating they ”already set it up” and questioned why we needed the information. We explained the initial credentials were wrong, and they finally provided the correct username and password written on a piece of paper, further demonstrating their lack of courtesy.
**Housekeeping was another area of disappointment.** After our first night, we requested room service. Despite confirming our room number and promising to clean the room later, housekeeping never arrived. Returning to the hotel in the evening, we found our room untouched. We ended up having to replenish our own water bottles and toilet paper.
**The airport fetching service we booked was another source of frustration.** We arrived in the lobby early for the arranged pick-up time. However, when the pick-up time approached, we were informed that the car had already left for the airport without us!** There was no apology or explanation for this missed pick-up. Thankfully, another driver was present in the lobby and was able to arrange alternative transportation to ensure we reached the airport on time. This incident was a stressful and concerning experience.
Overall, my stay at the Kyriad Marvelous Hotel was a frustrating one. The staff's unprofessionalism, the lack of housekeeping service, the missed airport pick-up, and the initial Wi-Fi problems significantly detracted from the experience.
**In light of this experience, I would strongly advise potential guests to manage their expectations and consider alternative hotels near the airport that offer reliable airport fetching services and provide a more welcoming atmosphere.**

GGuest UserSimply phenomenal! An observatory and a 5 star suite rolled into one, not a detail was off. The website doesn’t do the rooms justice, they’re good sized and very tastefully decorated (the flowers in the office and the apples by the window were a nice touch). Views are surreal (this is the world’s highest hotel after all), you sit in your king bed or detached bathtub looking down on skyscrapers, higher off the ground than most observation decks. Service was also top notch, got my request for a room on a high floor (104th story, about eye level with the Canton Tower deck) and the ground floor staff were gracious enough to help me send a postcard. Hotel is a few minutes walk from Zhujiang station, and can be reached within 2-3hrs from HK West Kowloon, depending on immigration and train services. Overall a great stay, will return again!

GGuest UserCleanliness was fine but not spectacular. WiFi could only be accessed with a Chinese phone number, which I didn't have. Thankfully the receptionist helped me connect once (but you need the number every time you connect...).
My room was absolutely tiny with no window to the outside and no natural light. Consequently the.little bathroom area was very damp and rapidly smelly. According to the plan, about half the rooms don't have real windows. Those that do are tinted heavily.
Fine for a one night stay but not for longer.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I have visited this Hotel.As always the facilities are excellent,especially the Gym,Jacuzzi,Sauna and indoor hot pool available for both genders.The personell are very hospitable.If I may give some constructive criticism, the lunch self help at the California Restaurant was a bit dissapointing.They should have more variety of meat,and fish.Last time there was Sushi available for dinner, however this time for lunch no Sushi.And lamb or pork or mutton as an extra meat dish.They should also have a dry white wine on the Wine List at a reasonable price.They can contact Me at ************************************* , and I will supply.

location is quite good too. just that the lobby is a little far from drop off point.
