Conghua LN Dongfang Hot Spring Hotel

Front desk staff Xiao Mo was excellent, fulfilling all our check-in needs and providing a detailed overview of the hotel's services! This place completely beats [hotel name, assuming 壹某湾 is another hotel]! The rooftop pool is super photogenic! Just remember to bring your swim cap!

When we checked in, they saw we had a child and even provided a bed rail for sleeping. The lady at the front desk who handled our check-in was very nice. The facilities are complete, the environment is good, and it's excellent value for money. Highly, highly recommend it!

We booked an Executive Suite this time. Upon entering, there's a living room with balcony access. To the left are the bedroom and bathroom. Both the bedroom and living room have access to a private plunge pool on the balcony. It was a bit rainy when we left on the 2nd, but the rain stopped by the time we reached the hotel, so the kids could enjoy the public hot springs and infinity pool on the 13th floor. There was even a bubble bath pool during the holiday, which the kids absolutely loved. Next to the lobby on the 1st floor, there's a family-friendly play area. However, since my child is already in elementary school and more interested in water activities, we didn't participate in the 1st-floor activities. It rained continuously on the 3rd, so we just enjoyed the private plunge pool in our room, and the kids still had a great time. Dinner was a buffet with unlimited crayfish, roasted chicken, and BBQ. The roasted chicken had crispy skin and tender meat – absolutely delicious! The unlimited crayfish was a hit, and we were still eating it at 8 PM. Very good! Upon check-in, I added the front desk staff member "Jiaojiao" on WeChat. She was incredibly responsive to all our requests, even replying promptly after 9 PM. Her attitude was excellent, and she regularly reminded me of upcoming activities. Loved it! Overall, we were very satisfied with our May Day holiday trip, and the kids had a wonderful time too.

The room was spotless and odor-free, the service was excellent, and overall it was a great stay. Plus, there were fireworks, which really added to the festive atmosphere.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was great. A special shout-out to the front desk service, especially Gong Hui, who was incredibly attentive and helpful. All my questions were quickly resolved. And the fireworks show was exactly as promised!

The biggest highlight is the private hot spring pool in each room's balcony; you can enjoy the rare radon hot springs without even stepping out. The water is silky smooth, leaving you completely relaxed and your skin feeling soft after a soak. The rooftop infinity pool and outdoor hot spring area are absolutely stunning. The pool faces directly onto the mountains, and at sunset, it's breathtaking – every photo looks like it's from a magazine. The public hot spring area offers various wellness pools, including mugwort, rose, and ginger, and the hot stone beds are incredibly comfortable. The service is attentive and thoughtful. The front desk staff are warm and respond quickly to requests, even proactively bringing hot spring water and tea. The restaurant's Cantonese dim sum and local dishes are very authentic; the lychee wood roasted chicken is a must-try. The facilities are comprehensive too, with a gym, mahjong room, and a kids' club, ensuring everyone in the family finds something enjoyable. This is truly an ideal holiday destination: quiet and healing, with excellent facilities and heartwarming service. I'll definitely be back!

Came when it wasn't crowded, and they kindly upgraded our room, which made for a great stay. The hot spring pool: They gave us an extra private hot spring session, though one was pretty much enough. Cleanliness: Generally good. Service: Excellent, they met almost all our requests promptly. Facilities: The rooftop hot spring was fantastic.

This hotel seems to be an apartment hotel. When I checked in, the front desk specially arranged a slightly larger twin room for me. There were also fireworks in the evening, and the breakfast offered Cantonese dim sum, but it came with an additional charge.

My second child was insistent on going to a hot spring during dinner, so I booked a hotel, packed, and drove there all within two hours. A big shoutout to the front desk attendant (Xiao Mo) for being so patient! She told us all about local attractions and good places to eat, and even upgraded our room for free. The room was super clean, just like what you'd expect from a big-name five-star hotel, and the balcony view was fantastic! 👍👍👍
