Mercure @ Tianhe is located in an excellent location - 10 min walk away from a wide range of large malls including Grandview Mall, TeeMall@Tianhe, Victory Square, Tianhe Fashion Walk. With easy access to taxis, we are able to travel to other parts of Guangzhou from the hotel with ease. The hotel is spacious, clean, well maintained, well equipped and staffed by highly trained and helpful staff. The morning breakfast buffet is value for money - it has a wide range to suit health conscious individuals like myself and picky eaters like my children. We stayed there for 9 nights and our view from the 25th floor is spectacular especially at night. The staff were also very sweet and thoughtful - they took the initiative to pack breakfast for us ahead of our early flight at 6am so that we could have a warm and sumptuous meal at the airport before we departed. We highly recommend this hotel to any families looking for a clean, spacious, safe and accessible location for an amazing time in Guangzhou.

The room is a bit outdated, but it has a nice view. The location is decent, though the building could use some renovation. Overall, for the price I booked, it’s not bad — good value for money. The bed is comfortable.

The hotel is in a great location, within walking distance of the subway station. The hotel room is very clean and quiet, and the front desk service is very good. There is a snack street opposite the hotel, which is very convenient for eating. The price-performance ratio is too high, and it is recommended to stay.

Liz Hotel is very close to the B1 subway exit (approx 3 minutes) and Guangzhou East Railway station. It is also very convenient to get to the airport via the subway. The subway station is connected to Po Park, a massive underground mall. The customer service is very helpful and polite. We were able to use Wechat to communicate with a direct contact, 张洛, and it made communication extremely easy. The hotel offers breakfast (extra cost), and we opted for breakfast on a daily basis. The food was quite delicious, and they also have robots that help deliver food to guests' rooms. (Sadly, we never used it, but we have seen it everywhere). Our direct contact sometimes came to deliver fruits and late night snacks to us, and it was extremely kind and thoughtful of her. She was only a Wechat message away, and we always felt like we were looked after. The hotel also has a self-service laundry room (with detergent provided) and a gym on the fourth floor. Guests do not need to go elsewhere to get their clothes washed. The room is very clean, and the bed is very comfortable. NOTE: Due to the huge number of guests, sometimes the wait for the elevator can be quite long, and there can be a short wait for a breakfast table at peak times (9am onward).

I recently stayed at the hotel and the hotel is conveniently located just around Guangzhou East Railway Station, around 15-minute walk or 10 minutes drive with online taxi. The room itself was clean and well-maintained. With the value, I found that it's an excellent choice for short trips. The convenient location, great service, and cleanliness made for a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would highly recommend this hotel to others visiting the area.

The whole Huizhou building outside the wall of the South China Agricultural Courtyard was a bit shocked. The proprietress upgraded the room. There is a small courtyard with a large bathtub in the room. It rains in the early morning and the rain hits the eaves. The rooms are all smart homes, separated from each district, very comfortable. All supplies are exquisite and quality, and I look forward to staying again.

The hotel was very pretty and to my surprise, the rooms look exactly like the images! Everything worked and was very clean. Due to a delay, we arrived extremely late. But luckily, the staff was extremely helpful and kind! I we cannot thank them enough for all their help since we cannot read Chinese. On the day that we left they gave us a few bottles of water and a tip that we should take a taxi or DiDi (the Chinese version of Uber) to the train station. But it was only a 10-15 minute walk and very easy to find. Tho the route can be tough if you have a hard time walking or are unable to.

Satisfied with our stay in this hotel. Staffs were friendly and helpful. Located near metro station, eateries, pharmacy and supermarket. Love their breakfast. Room was big and comfortable. They provide almost everything we need. Hair dryer, weight scale, charger adapter, toiletries, mini bar, washer and dryer came with free detergent. The front staff helped us to order takeout through a local food delivery app, a robot delivered our foods to our doorstep. I love their separated shower and toilet. Coming from a southeast Asian country, i feel like the only downside is that their toilets dont have bidets. But overall, it was an amazing stay.

We booked the 2 beds (1.5meter beds), it was spacious and clean, with full amenities, just like how it looked in the photos. Reception was always helpful. Loved the free laundry service at the lobby. It's a bit far from town or attractions, but it's super close to the metro station, has 2 lines too. Will definitely consider this place again if I revisit GZ in the future.

They said they would drop us off at the station, but they actually dropped us off at a place that was still 5 minutes away by foot, and asked us to walk there with our luggage. Also, there were cockroaches in the room. I asked the front desk, and they said they were attracted by the food I ordered, which was a bit funny. I found the cockroaches the night before, but I didn't order food until noon the next day, so maybe the cockroaches knew what was going on. The good thing is that the front desk can remember the guest information after checking in
