Hotel location is very good with a lot food choices! Casis who our hotel concierge helped to arrange early checked-into our hotel room as we took early flight!  She is so sweet and arranged a birthday cake and co-ordinate with my husband to surprise me in the hotel room. Thank you Casis for the enjoyable stay. :)  Recommended to stay in this hotel with the 5* service from the heart!

It is a very well managed hotel, where you feel very welcome by all staff. I had a river view room, which was beautiful, the room was spacious and clean. I particularly liked their laundry service and free snack in the late evening. There is also a small gym overlooking the river. Great location with some parking, and a great Cantonese restaurant on the lower floors. Starbucks on the ground floor in case you need some coffee.

My stay at this hotel had both positive and negative aspects. **Pros**: - The room was clean and well-maintained. - The lobby area had a few chairs, which were useful for small meetings. **Cons**: - The main entrance was a bit confusing to navigate. - Some staff members had limited English proficiency, making communication difficult. - In rooms with two single beds, the bathroom had a large open window facing the bedroom, offering little privacy. - The breakfast selection was quite limited. Overall, the hotel was decent for a short stay, but improvements in privacy, communication, and breakfast variety would make a big difference.

The hotel is very large, with a good location and convenient transportation. You need to swipe the room card to take the elevator to the guest room, which is very safe. The front desk is convenient and fast to handle business, the guest room is quiet and comfortable, clean and tidy, and the waiters are warm and polite. There are several restaurants in the hotel, and the food is very good. There is also a self-service laundry service, which is very convenient and solves big problems. There are also many shops and restaurants around, and there are many shopping and eating options. A very satisfactory experience! Come again next time!

My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 6th to 10th September 2024. We requested to extend our check out time to 1 pm to perform our prayers. The hotel kindly granted our request. Very friendly front desk staffs whom assisted us whenever we have questions. Love the ammenities, cleanliness and quiet location. Will definitely stay here in future should we visited again.

The hotel is located very well, with the subway station right next to it, a 5-minute walk away. There are many shops next to the hotel. The front desk staff Tarley is very friendly and responsible. The room is very beautiful, spacious, and quiet at night, not noisy at all.

Hotel staff are very friendly. Hotel itself is close to the metro station with 2 lines (both lines serve the major tourist sites), making it very convenient. The housekeeping is excellent too. Highly recommend, will stay again!

The hotel is not bad, the room is relatively clean and there is no odor. The roof is being waterproofed recently, which is not too noisy, and the front desk told us very clearly when we checked in. We were given a room on the middle floor near the side, which was basically not affected, and there was no construction after noon and 5 pm. The most humane thing about this hotel is that the check-out time is 14:00, which is great. After lunch, you can take a shower and check out.

I had a fantastic stay at Elegant Hotel, and I cannot recommend it enough. First off, the location is incredibly convenient and easy to find. It's perfectly situated for both business and leisure, with close proximity to major attractions and transport links. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the warm and inviting lobby area. The staff were exceptionally helpful, always going above and beyond to make sure my stay was comfortable. The room was modern, clean, and equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. I appreciated the thoughtful touches such as a stocked mini fridge and plenty of complimentary water. One of the highlights of my stay was the breakfast buffet. The spread was very impressive and delicious, and the view of the river added a special touch. It's the perfect way to start the day! Another fantastic bonus was the free self-service washing and drying machines. It was incredibly convenient and saved me time, especially during my longer stay. Overall, Elegant Hotel is a gem, and I will definitely be returning next time I'm in the area. Highly recommended!
