Exceptional Stay at Yishang Plus Hotel, Danan Road My hubby and I had a wonderful experience staying at Yishang Plus (aka eCharm hotel) on Danan Road in Guangzhou. The location is incredibly convenient—just a short 3 min walk to the vibrant Beijing Road area - across the road through a short busy alley. And there were malls nearby which is just a 10 min stroll away. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by the hotel staff, all of whom were consistently polite and attentive despite language constraints. A special mention goes to the ladies TT, yang yang, shang le at the front desk whose professionalism and friendly demeanor made our stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was courteous to upgrade our room - and it was impeccably clean with thoughtfully designed setting.. We also appreciated the daily treats—fresh fruits , coffee, juice and snacks which were provided at the lobby self service counter. The only oddness is the lobby which is not road fronting .. you need to sight the signage when the taxi drops you off 1st time and walk between 2 shops. Overall, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Yishang Plus and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Guangzhou. We’ll definitely be returning on our next trip!

The hotel is located in a perfect location, and the staff are so friendly. I really enjoyed my stay at the hotel. When I visit Guangzhou again, I will definitely book this hotel. Some staff can speak English, and the others use translation apps, so you definitely get a warm welcome and a pleasant stay.

Parking is convenient,check in is fast,the room is relatively comfortable and clean,spacious and bright,theprice is not expensive, the environment is also good,the room is clean,the first choice for check in.

Pretty good and big. Clean but I found some ants on my bed which I simply get rid and it was fine, and my room had a mosquito so I woke up with 6 bites on my face which was unfortunate to see in the morning but they do have mosquito repellent in the draw which I didn't know, so simply plug it in and will be fine beside that service were quick if I needed anything and the staff were nice. Beware: they might ask you to put up a 5* review but don't feel too pressured and just put your honest opinion or none if you don't want to

The hotel is quite close to the city center. The environment is really good, and it is also very close to the scenic spots. The main thing is that there are places to eat nearby, supermarkets and fruit shops, which is relatively convenient. The receptionist said that it was newly opened in April this year. The hotel is clean and comfortable. Check-in is fast, and you don't have to wait long. The waiter Kiki treated me very warmly. It was a great check-in experience.

The hotel is situated approximately 5km from the Jinmei or the Marketplace, offering easy access to local amenities. The rooms are impressively spacious and well-appointed, and there are convenient shops in the vicinity, making it a convenient location for guests. However, I encountered a few issues during my stay. Firstly, I found the water in the morning to be quite dirty, which made it unsuitable for personal hygiene tasks such as washing my face and brushing my teeth. As a result, I had to rely on bottled water for these purposes. Additionally, I experienced problems with the air conditioning vents in my room. Upon returning from an outing, I noticed that the vents had been tampered with, which was concerning. Despite seeking assistance from the front desk, I was informed that only one staff member was available, and she was unable to resolve the issue, leaving me to address it myself. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel and rooms met my expectations, these smaller inconveniences detracted from an otherwise pleasant stay. I hope that these issues can be addressed to ensure a more seamless experience for future guests.

Although it's super near train station but it's a small hotel located on 5th floor 1 level of rooms only. Room is big enough & clean. Lobby environment is nicely decorate but the breakfast is simple only even they provide supper is extremely simple too! On level 1 there are Mcdonald, Starbucks, subway & a 24hrs store 7-11 too. There is no other shops around even restaurants but u can just take train 1 stop @¥2 to ”公园前” station for some shopping or food even further down walking distance to beijing road walking street too.

Good hotel in a great location nearby Muslim restaurants in Xiaobei, price is reasonable , it's more convenient hotel compared to others in Xiaobei area. Staff are very friendly and helpful especially Ms Xiaomi hui. She helped a lot. Rooms just need to be equipped with mini bar refrigerator. Definitely I will come to stay in this hotel again.

I really liked the area because the hotel is in the middle of the city lots of activities and restaurants around the area. The guy from the reception was really kind and helpful when we wanted to get a taxi at 02 o’clock to go clubbing. I would come back next time.

Can't say bad but definitely can't say good. I don't find it appealing like in photos uploaded in Trip.com. Old property, moderately managed, housekeeping is average, you may get clean towels with small holes, may be due to being old and regular machine wash, breakfast is moderate. I AM NOT AWARE IF IT'S LOCAL RULE, BUT CITIZENS FROM SEVERAL COUNTRIES NEED TO VISIT LOCAL POLICE STATION AT THEIR OWN EXPENSE FOR PASSPORT VERIFICATION AND PHOTO ON THE DAY OF CHECK-IN. Have never seen or heard anything like this aywhere in China or any other country I visited. Anywhere in China, I saw systems are exceptionally developed which I can't compare with any other place, but this hackle has made me feel very bad. So, if I happen to visit again then I will definitely not come here and will stay in other areas, last year I stayed in Haizhu Sq and there was no such requirement to visit Police station and public transport is exceptional in China and cheap, so it's not at all a problem to stay at some distance even.
