Make sure to add the host to WeChat after booking. You can add with the phone number listed on their contact information. Go straight to the address listed to check in, which is Tower 3, 19th floor, room 1904. I wish they added these instructions on their booking page because we did not know this and had trouble finding the place after arriving in the area. As of Nov 2024, the area is still under a lot of construction so you could get a little lost. We had to ask a security guard for help. This confusion could be skipped if we had known to add them to WeChat first. The apartment itself is very new, the entire complex was built earlier this year. The host, Xiao Ou, was helpful after we checked in. If you don't smoke, make sure you ask for a non-smoking room during check-in. We unfortunately forgot to do this because of our previous confusion from looking for the place, so our room smelled of cigarettes. We tolerated it since we were only there for two nights. Inside the apartment is a washer and dryer along with laundry detergent. All toiletries were provided. There is a small stove but no cookware yet, may need to ask the host for them. Again, the surrounding area is still under a lot of construction so do expect some noise and building material smells, especially in the garage and lobby. But I expect everything to look very nice once it is all completed. Also it is a very safe area because it is gated and guarded.

This is our second stay after a short trip to Shunde. This hotel still radiates the same warmth and friendliness that I haven't seen in other places. The staff are amazing and will do everything to help make your stay as comfortable as possible. After a lot of rain, the air conditioning started giving off a musty smell. We let reception know, and they notified the cleaning staff to aerate the room and install an air purifier. After notifying them that the smell still existed, they immediately offered a different room for us, taking us up to inspect it and ensure it smelled fine. When we checked out and ordered a DiDi car, the staff helped take our luggage outside, waited with us, and even directed the DiDi car in. Such an amazing experience. We would like give special thanks to the following staff: 李小姐 (for helping us switch rooms)，唐小姐，周小姐，彭小姐。Also special thanks to the lovely manager (sorry, I forgot to ask your name) who helped with our air conditioning and always smiled and greeted us during breakfast. We hope to see them again in our next visit to Guangzhou!

The hotel sign building that came to stay at night was quite bright. Although it was not on the roadside, it was so bright that I saw it. When I went through the procedures, I found that there was a coffee machine for free. If the room is clean, I just opened it. Everything is quite new. I rarely stay in a smart hotel with a whole house. It belongs to L and surprises me. I got up in the morning and had breakfast. The restaurant made shi very nice to drink soy milk. There are too few parking spaces, it really depends on grabbing. Fortunately, the charge next to it is not expensive. It was a very pleasant stay. The room was very clean and the service attitude was very good. I will choose to stay in this hotel next time! The hotel service staff was very attentive and considerate, especially the ladies and brothers at the hotel front desk. My scarf was left in the room. They carefully helped me find it and packed it and put it at the front desk. I felt very warm! I wish the hotel a prosperous business!

It is a newly opened hotel with new facilities and clean environment. It is very convenient to take a taxi on the street. It is less than 300 meters away from the International Outlets, which is convenient for shopping, eating and transportation. I was worried that it would be a bit noisy, but I found that it is the quietest hotel in Guangzhou. The 24-hour laundry service is also very good. There is a cafe, drinking water hall, and laundry hall open kitchen on the 3rd floor of the front desk. Those who are on a business trip can consider it.

The hotel environment is good, the service management is in place, but the room rate is too expensive during the National Day holiday hhh. I stayed for 4 days, and the buffet breakfast was rich in varieties, which was very good. The hotel has a laundry room, which is very convenient for washing and drying. Near Wanguo Outlets, there is a nucleic acid point there, and Zhouji snail powder is opposite. But I want to say that the Internet in this store is too bad, even the WiFi can't even scan Douyin, I suggest improving the Internet speed.

Hard to find the hotel. That building has 3 hotels. It occupied 2 floors. The hotel newly renovated. Pretty new. Room is rather big. Bathroom and toilet separated. Voice control to on ac, open or close curtain, on or off light etc Location pretty good. Didi to airport only ¥90. Many shopping centres around the hotels including wholesale centre for clothing mainly women. Reception is rather helpful. Breakfast + supper provided but items limited and cater to local taste. No coffee, only tea

Very good location right next to the metro station entrance. Hotel room was clean and in good condition. Waiting time for elevators was very long as hotel rooms are located on high floors. Hotel staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and welcoming.

We have a perfect stay. The room is clean and near to a lot of famous restaurants. The only set back is that the entrance of the hotel is not so nice and the lobby of the hotel is located at 5th floor.

Just finished my stay at Lan Ou International Hotel, and it was fantastic! The room was spacious, clean, and very well-maintained, making it a comfortable place after a long day. The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help with any requests. I especially appreciated the daily fruit selection—big fan of the bananas! Overall, a wonderful experience, and I would strongly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
