Trip.com I blindly chose this hotel. The animal dragged the remaining 1% of the body with electricity. As a result, the room was directly reanimated to me! The softness of the mattress is comparable to the golden ratio. I suspect that the hotel kidnapped the clouds to fill the cotton (pillow battle enthusiasts are ecstatic). The water pressure in the bathroom is so high that it can film the phone.

I recommend staying here if you come to Nansha Beach. The beach is across the road from the hotel. Many people go there to camp and ride bicycles. There are all kinds of food downstairs. I checked in at 2:00 a.m. and the front desk lady was very nice. I upgraded to a large suite with sea view for the first time. The room was very clean and the facilities were complete. It is more suitable to stay here with friends or a large family. The package also includes a lunch at the restaurant on the first floor, which tastes OK. I will consider staying here next time.

Excellent hotel, very clean and new. The Coco Park mall at the hotel makes it convenient for the whole family. Also a nice park and river nearby. We rented a boat. We came for the lantern festival.

The overall experience of this hotel is great! Thoughtful service: from check-in to check-out at the front desk, smiling service, responsive, and proactive travel guides. Clean rooms: the room is cleaned without dead corners, the bed is tidy, the bathroom is dry, and the daily replenishment of supplies is also timely. Breakfast quality online: rich Chinese and Western meals, fresh noodles, soft bread, fresh fruits, and even coffee has a variety of flavors to choose from. Friendly attitude of the staff: whether it is the room aunt or the restaurant staff, they will greet each other warmly when they meet, making people feel as comfortable as at home, and I will choose here next time!

We have stayed in Modena with my family as part of our relocation phase to China. So this type of serviced apartment was the choice we were looking for. Hotel has just opened and management has secured that there are no issues. Facilities are brand new and the management is working well to sustain top quality of services. Location is strategic, however the road outside the venue being under reconstruction can be sometimes annoying. The lobby access by car is currently blocked by the mall management and this can be an issue especially if you come with luggage. There is a great drop off area in-front of the lobby so I am sure it will be soon accessible. Finally breakfast is not available yet at the premises, and is offered in a HK restaurant at the mall; would be nice to have the breakfast in the hotel. Our stay has been very comfortable. Appreciating both the level of facilities and the service given our personal needs, we have already extended our stay at Modena for another 5 nights

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for the second time. The room was huge and the view was not bad. There aren't many facilities. The people from the front desk gave us a coupon for the restaurant located on the highest floor of the hotel. But, when we ordered food in the restaurant, the waiter only lets us order set meals, stating that they only do set meals but there is a menu of food that can be ordered individually. Also, the food in the set meals are also in the menu of food that can be ordered individually. We asked him can the coupons used for the set meals but he said he don't know and we need to ask the cashier ourselves. But, how would he not know if he is a waiter in the restaurant? Also, shouldn't it be him himself to ask the cashier can we use the coupons for the set meals instead needing us to ask? After that, when we paid the meal, it turns out we cannot use coupons for set meals. But, we can only order set meals. Then what is the point of giving us coupons for the hotel restaurant?

Superb hotel with high level of cleanliness & customer service especially from one of the lady staffs, Xiao Ling, who was very attentive & helpful to our travel needs. Surrounded by lots of eateries, fruits vendors, convenience stores etc.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, the environment is very new! Very quiet The service is very good! A family came to travel and stayed in this hotel. We had dinner and lunch here. The food was very good! The view is very good!

It belongs to the relatively good hotel in the surrounding area. It also upgraded the room type for free. The room was very clean, spacious and there was no smell. It was highly recommended. I just strolled around and it was not bad.
