The location is fantastic, and our stay was superb! Wanda Plaza is located directly downstairs from the hotel, offering a vast array of dining options, and transportation is incredibly convenient. The surrounding environment is also very pleasant. The rooms were clean and tidy, the bedding was very comfortable, and the overall cleanliness standards were reassuring. The service staff were friendly, warm, and thoughtful. Next time I'm in Nansha, I will definitely choose this hotel again!

Highly satisfied! It was a perfect weekend getaway. The hotel is located about an hour's drive from Guangzhou, with direct access via Metro Line 4, and right next to Nansha Wanda Plaza. The hotel facilities are brand new and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff, especially the gentleman who assisted us, was incredibly kind and proactively arranged a room upgrade, showcasing exceptional service. Our Executive Deluxe Suite offered breathtaking views, and the bed was supremely comfortable. Complimentary fruit was also provided. The Executive Lounge had excellent offerings, and we were delighted to find Chee Cheong Fun available for breakfast. Right outside the hotel is Jiaomen River Park, perfect for a leisurely walk along its banks. Nansha Civic Park is also nearby, offering a chance to experience the vibrant, modern side of Nansha. We had a truly wonderful holiday and look forward to returning!

I have visited again this hotel with my family. This time hotel arranged nice non-smoking room and provided us baby bed as I requested. Dinner and breakfast are all owesome and hotel manager of Mr.david have welcomed re-visiting our family. This hotel is recommendable..!

We have stayed in Modena with my family as part of our relocation phase to China. So this type of serviced apartment was the choice we were looking for. Hotel has just opened and management has secured that there are no issues. Facilities are brand new and the management is working well to sustain top quality of services. Location is strategic, however the road outside the venue being under reconstruction can be sometimes annoying. The lobby access by car is currently blocked by the mall management and this can be an issue especially if you come with luggage. There is a great drop off area in-front of the lobby so I am sure it will be soon accessible. Finally breakfast is not available yet at the premises, and is offered in a HK restaurant at the mall; would be nice to have the breakfast in the hotel. Our stay has been very comfortable. Appreciating both the level of facilities and the service given our personal needs, we have already extended our stay at Modena for another 5 nights

The service and quality here were outstanding, even better than some 5-star hotels. The front desk manager was incredibly patient and thoughtful, and Zhu Ting at the front desk was equally warm and welcoming. A special shout-out to the helpful staff member at the entrance who assisted us with our luggage into the car. With a shopping mall right next door, dining and shopping were incredibly convenient. I had originally planned to try the hotel's buffet dinner, but it wasn't available. I look forward to visiting again to try it next time. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel!

When I drove here, there was free parking and exquisite welcome fruits upon check-in. I was instantly warmed ~ Yuefang City is downstairs, which is very convenient for eating and shopping. The gym is fully equipped, and I can use the self-service laundry to dry clothes after exercise. I have no worries at all. I will come again next time!

It needs renovation. There are spots of mold on the wall and the carpet floor has big stains. When we entered the room it was stuffy. I set the aircon to 18°C, but after a few hours, in the middle of the night, it was still warm. Staff tried to fix it, but that didn't work. For a third of the price paid here, you can get higher standards elsewhere. There are plenty of modern and clean hotels nearby, albeit without the resort-like facilities offered here. But if we don't sleep well, it's hard to enjoy.

A very satisfying trip. The service of the front desk lady was very enthusiastic. There is also the Tianhou Temple nearby where you can camp. The hotel also has free camping equipment. In particular, the 5-kilometer luxury car pick-up service surprised me. The yacht club is especially suitable for filming and checking in. There are also many restaurants nearby. The hotel’s own restaurant food is also very delicious. In particular, I was upgraded to a room type, which made my experience full. I highly recommend staying in this hotel when you come to Nansha. I give a thumbs up to every staff member of the hotel.

Environment: It is near the subway station, very convenient, parking is also convenient, and there are many underground parking lots. But if there is renovation going on nearby, the hotel will try its best to arrange guests in rooms far away from the construction site. Hygiene: The room is clean and tidy, there is no peculiar smell, and it is very comfortable. Facilities: This is what I am most satisfied with. First of all, the facilities in the room are very complete, and there is also a small balcony, which I like very much. In terms of washing and care, it has shampooing, bathing, cleansing, makeup removal and moisturizing, which is very complete. Then there are other facilities, including a laundry room with several washing machines and dryers, and a gym with treadmills and elliptical machines. Service: I feel that this is a little lacking. For example, when we checked in on the first day, it was written that we should check in at 2 o'clock, but we arrived at 4 o'clock. They said that the cleaning was not finished yet, so we went to have afternoon tea first. However, maybe because no one had a room and the afternoon tea was not replenished, there was not much left, so we checked in after about 4:30. Other services are good, there is free parking, afternoon tea and midnight snacks, and the room is cleaned very well. Overall, it is a very cost-effective hotel. Even though there are some minor issues, I am generally very satisfied with it. In addition, the location is very good. If I come again, I may choose to stay in this hotel.
