This is the best hotel I have ever stayed at. They have everything you need: 50 different pools hot springs, a waterfall view, delicious food, and the best hospitality. As a foreigner in China, sometimes it’s difficult due to language barriers, but everyone here is so polite, helpful, and friendly. From the moment I checked in, I asked if it was possible to get a waterfall view, even though the room I booked didn’t have that view. The front desk lady, Zou Yingjiao, upgraded my room. She speaks English very well and was incredibly helpful. As a foreigner travelling for a short stay, we didn’t have a car for sightseeing nearby, and she helped arrange one for us. When it was time to check out, she gave me six pieces of fruit. I had trouble with a Didi driver, and she immediately came outside to help me deal with the driver and translate. She is amazing. Regarding the food, I stayed for two days with breakfast and dinner included. The first day’s dinner was a buffet, and everything exceeded my expectations. On the second day, since there weren’t many guests booked for dinner, there was no buffet, but they still provided a great variety of food and accommodated my special request for no pork. This was even better than the buffet since they could customize it to my taste and needs. The supervisors, Pen Zi Shi and Liu Min Fang, explained the ingredients and ensured everything met my satisfaction for the breakfast and dinner. Big thanks to these three ladies and others. Hotel health is doing very well, I hope to continue. We went to the company team building, almost the whole homestay was booked, the store intimately helped prepare the barbecue, barbecue under the lawn, play mahjong, singing is really pleasant. Found this homestay on the second day of the new year, unexpectedly good! There is a paradise, the years are quiet and beautiful! The service is super thoughtful. There is a staff member to help take the luggage to the room. There is a rich afternoon tea. Good night tea. Breakfast is also very rich. It is a good place to lie down. It is recommended to have an off-road vehicle. The price is very high. Very fun!

This time was a great stay experience. The homestay is near Shimen National Forest Park, which is a corner of its own and has a variety of room types. The stargazing double room we chose has an outdoor garden and balcony, and the room is elegant and comfortable. Next to the swimming at the hotel, you can enjoy the sunset and the effect of the mirror of the sky. The farmhouse dishes at the hotel are also very good, and the cold chicken soup is very sweet.

七月份去了增城白水寨三日遊，在平台上搜尋，那裡的民宿不少，但一眼就相中了從心隱，雖然價格比其他民宿要貴，但從踏進庭院門口看到碧綠清澈的泳池那刻開始，就喜歡上了，住了三天後，更慶幸自己的選擇，住從心隱，物有所值~ 第一天下午抵達民宿，管家之前已通過微信獲悉到達時間，提前開好房間空調，主動幫忙提行李上房間，並送上應季水果，我們放下行李後，就去庭院裏的泳池游泳，山泉水的確清涼，遊畢，管家貼心地提供了姜棗茶，並提醒走樓測消防梯上房間，以免進大堂吹空調着涼💕晚上在附近餐館吃飯，味道不錯！夜深了，管家還提供了牛奶和堅果，一一送至客人房間。 第二天，早餐是現做的，管家見客人到了大堂才開始做，約等10分鐘左右，每人一份，份量是足夠的。吃完早餐，我們就出發去白水寨了，風光旖旎，但走得夠嗆，近黃昏才回到餐館吃飯。晚上，還是有牛奶和堅果提供。 第三天，我們去附近的綠道和石馬龍水庫逛了一圈，然後回民宿，管家告知由於早上鎮裏臨時轉電影響了客人睡眠，故可延至退房到下午兩點，其實早上的停電時間很短很短，但民宿的誠意卻很足，我們回房睡了個美美的午覺，才依依不捨的離開。 從心隱，衞生乾淨整潔，感覺温馨舒適，管家服務細心負責，贊！我們會再來的~

There are 7 dishes in the restaurant, but only 2 of them have ingredients. There is no barbecue hot pot. We three pairs of friends came together and booked three rooms. The front desk upgraded two of them and allocated them to us. It was confusing. Moreover, because of the rain, the room leaked and could not be repaired. There is no library, open-air movie, picking, barbecue, and afternoon tea for two. It is pure decoration. The mahjong machine is broken and can't be used. I went there for breakfast at 9:30 and there were only white steamed buns, wet sweet potatoes, and soy milk. I asked if there was coffee. I said I had to wait for more than ten minutes. After more than ten minutes, I didn't see it. The coffee hut outside is the same as the B&B. The coffee inside is more expensive than Starbucks. Da me. The room is relatively simple, with no full-length mirror, no TV, and no instant coffee. The bedding is not comfortable, the quilt is thick and heavy, and the pillow is very high. There are dogs barking in the middle of the night and chickens crowing during the day. The room equipment is relatively new, the cleaning is in place, and the child is not dirty when walking barefoot. There is a bath in the room type, the water temperature is enough, and there is no water pressure problem with the shower and the water. We love Su Shan Fang very much. We came to Su Shan Fang for the sixth time to spend the first day of the Spring Festival. First of all, I would like to thank the housekeeper for upgrading my room type for free. I felt the fireworks and the festive atmosphere. The dinner was also very delicious. The comfortable natural environment and the housekeeper number that responded to every request, but something unexpected and unhappy happened the next morning. Because the heating was dry the night before and my husband drank hot red wine and had stomach discomfort and stomach pain, we got up late the next day. At 10:20 in the restaurant, I asked the restaurant waiter if I could make a simple wonton. Because I also know that the meal is closed at 10 o'clock. (Many homestays and hotels close at 10:30 or even 11:00 on holidays) What surprised me was that the waitress at the time actually said to me in a cold tone: There is nothing to eat, we have finished breakfast and closed! My God, Sushanfang has always given me the feeling of a warm and humane service attitude comparable to the standards of a five-star hotel, so I have recommended it to my relatives and friends many times, and even strongly recommended Sushanfang to the owners and managers of many high-end homestays to let them learn from Sushanfang! Unexpectedly, the experience I had this time was treated like this. Even if she had a second to think about telling me that she could simply make noodles and eggs or even a glass of milk for me, I would not be so angry. During the holidays, the kitchen of the restaurant that received customers was late and there was nothing? ! They also did not consider the feeling of the guests who had no breakfast and were hungry. The service of this kind of employees really made Sushanfang, a well-known brand in the homestay industry, black! The follow-up feedback was good. Fortunately, the director Mr. Zeng was very kind and called me in person to apologize and explain. Unfortunately, I packed my luggage and left at half past ten. The first time I traveled in Sushanfang, I didn’t take pictures or soak in the hot springs on the second day, and left in a hurry with an unhappy mood! In order not to affect the score of the homestay, I still give a good review, because the front desk service number and the ladies and brothers in the front hall are still very warm and polite, because of the attention of the operations director Mr. Zeng. However, I hope that Sushanfang will pay more attention to the situation of the restaurant, and be flexible in dealing with the needs and special circumstances of the guests, with a little humanity and care.
