It is a five-diamond hotel in Guangzhou. It is very high-end and has great privacy. The front desk staff, Xiao Zhan and Xiao Liao, are very enthusiastic and polite. The first impression is really good. They also upgraded our room. I was so touched🥲 The living environment and location are very good. The refrigerator provides free drinks and there is a lot of mineral water. If it is not enough, you can add it. There is even a coffee machine in the lobby on the 9th floor

The hotel's location is super convenient. During the Canton Fair, they offer a free shuttle bus service, and bus route 582 stops right outside, providing direct access to the exhibition hall entrance. The staff are very friendly and always greeted us warmly. Chris, in particular, provided exceptional and thoughtful service. Our room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and the breakfast was delicious.

A very aesthetic and atmosphere-oriented homestay, with considerate service, and high-quality bedding, supplies, and snacks. It can be seen that all details are not dealt with casually. When we left, they drove us to the subway station. The coffee in the lobby coffee shop is very good. A great place, I will stay here again!

The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast offered a good variety. It's suitable for families with children and provides free parking. Getting from Longdong to Pazhou by light rail is very convenient, taking just 17 minutes. Both the bed and the room were very comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent.

Whenever I used to visit Guangzhou, I'd always stay at the Swissotel in Foshan. This time, I found out a new one had opened in Tianhe and decided to give it a try. As soon as I got out of the car, a concierge staff member was right there to help with my luggage. I think his name was Aron – I heard other staff call him 'Ah Long' or something, haha, what a friendly and helpful young man! The front desk staff were quick to check me in and even gave me a complimentary room upgrade. I also asked about good places to eat in the city, and Allen at the front desk recommended a few Cantonese restaurants, though I didn't end up going to any of them. But overall, this stay left me extremely satisfied. I even told them I'd give them both a good review; I wonder if they still remember, haha.

Avoided the peak tourist time period and booked the hotel one day in advance. On the way here, Jack, the front desk of the hotel, contacted me in advance. Not only did he help me prepare the room first, but also took the initiative to recommend Guangzhou's punch-in attractions and authentic specialties to me when I came to play. I started to enjoy the hotel's service before I checked in, which was really a surprise. The hotel location is also easy to find following the navigation, and there are also signs. The parking lot is very large and is next to the hotel, very close. The hotel's environmental design is youthful, and the little sister who checked me in at the front desk is also very gentle. The details of the room are very well done, there is nothing picky, and the facilities are also maintained very new and complete. The shower gel is my favorite orange flavor, and there is also coffee brewing above the refrigerator, which tastes good. There is also a bar on the sixth floor where you can order drinks and special blends 9. Maybe because I ordered too much, the guy also sent a dried fruit platter for this. There is also a breakfast restaurant and fitness and laundry room on the same floor. I have stayed in other hotels on different floors. This one is so convenient. I went to have breakfast the next day. There are many varieties. I recommend beef brisket noodles if I want to eat something light in the morning. It is very suitable for my Guangdong stomach. After dinner, I was ready to check out. Jack asked me how my stay was. I told him that I liked the coffee provided in the room. I didn't expect that he would prepare it for me in advance when I checked out at the front desk. This service is really thoughtful and warm. I am lucky to stay in this hotel. I will definitely come again next time for the good service! !

The price/performance ratio is quite high. The room facilities are relatively new, the sheets and quilt covers are very clean. The front desk helped to upgrade the room with a window. The 1.8-inch bed is very large, soft and comfortable. There are many night snack stalls and a variety of delicious food in the nearby snack street and square. The service attitude of the front desk and room staff is also very good. Check-in is also very fast. The hotel has self-service washing machines and dryers, as well as a gym. The stay experience is good. Recommend!

A pleasant stay although there's a long way to go for this place to be up to standad. I'd say the new amenities and the location are the hotel's main strong point. Really loved their decor and the airy outdoor space they had. Now onto the cons, I would've given them a 4 star for the service except I specifically asked the person at the front desk for a room with a nice view and what I got was laughable. Woke up in the morning to construction materials outside my window. Then a second request was for a non-smoking room, but I was given a smoking room with ashtrays on the table. 😂 At last, there's the noise. It seems the room noise insulation is not all that great because I could hear a group of people a few rooms down laughing till the wee hours of the morning. Quite the annoyance. But it's worth it for a night or two in terms of location convenience for any passerby.

I stayed at Atour on its first day of opening. I've always stayed at Atour when I go out, and it's as good as ever. The staff are so welcoming, I almost got scared, hahaha. The cleanliness is impeccable. I stay at Atour because it's always well-maintained. This Atour is in a newly built commercial building, very new and comfortable. The staff said each room has a refrigerator, free drinks, and a projection screen TV. Overall, it was very comfortable and I'll stay here again next time I'm here.

Staying during the Canton Fair, the surrounding hotels are sky-high, more than 300 stayed in this inn, when I went up the mountain, I was very surprised after I checked in! The bed in the inn is too comfortable, and the breakfast is also very appetizing, especially the housekeeper is very caring, and the play guide and mountain climbing guide are posted when you check in. The surrounding environment is very literary, and it is a blockbuster at any time. It is pleasant physically and mentally. It is worth staying for a few more days!
