Came for the Canton Fair. The best place I stayed so far, with the best location, clean and excellent service + flexibility. If you’re traveling for business or tourism, I’d strongly recommend this place. The robot food delivery was adorable, and I slept like baby. (And I was grateful that this place gave more time for checking out)

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel during my visit to the fair. They truly understand the needs of travelers attending the event — from the amenities to the location, everything was just right. The breakfast was amazing, with a wide variety of options — not only Chinese dishes but also international choices. I especially appreciated the grab-and-go station with water, fruit, and bread, available both in the morning and again when returning from the fair. It was such a thoughtful touch that made a real difference during busy days. The rooms were cozy and comfortable, with tea and coffee provided — perfect for relaxing after a long day. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, always ready to help with a smile. Their warmth really elevated the whole experience. The location is also very convenient: just a 15-minute walk to the fairgrounds or one quick stop by subway. I’ll definitely be coming back next time. Highly recommended!

The hotel was very clean, and the front desk staff were friendly. The facilities were complete, and the location was fantastic—super convenient for getting around. I loved that you could see the Canton Tower right outside, and there were so many food options just downstairs. Everything was great overall. The only downsides were that the laundry room got quite busy at night, and housekeeping came in to take out the trash even when the ”Do Not Disturb” sign was on, which was a bit awkward.

The hotel is very comfortable, the room is very clean and staff is polite and always smiling, There are plenty of places to eat nearby. It only takes about 20 to 30 minutes to walk to Beijing Road.

Some time ago, due to business trip, I came to Guangzhou and stayed at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel in Guangzhou East Railway Station. This stay experience was simply beyond imagination. There are also large shopping malls such as Oriental Baotai Shopping Plaza and CITIC Plaza nearby, where shopping, dining and leisure entertainment are all available. After a busy day, Vi can go downstairs and start a relaxing time. For business travelers, it is also extremely convenient to make an appointment with business partners to discuss business at a nearby shopping mall. The day before check-in, the customer service housekeeper called me to ask about my check-in needs, the general itinerary, and kindly helped to arrange the room. During my stay at the hotel, I accidentally soiled my clothes. I thought I could only deal with them myself, but to my surprise, the hotel offers free laundry service and the laundry room is open 24 hours a day. It is fully equipped with washing and drying facilities and can also iron clothes. This is really practical for people who often travel on business. When checking out, the staff will also ask about your experience of staying and sincerely listen to your opinions, making you feel highly valued. The environment is comfortable and pleasant: The overall decoration style of the hotel is a perfect blend of Oriental elegance and modern aesthetics. The six-meter-high lobby is spacious and bright. The cloud-patterned marble floor, paired with exquisite chandeliers, creates an atmosphere of nobility and elegance. Many green plants are placed in the public area, adding vitality and vigor to the entire space. The corridors and elevators were both spotlessly clean and filled with a faint fragrance. The interior decoration of the room is truly eye-catching. The three-meter-wide floor-to-ceiling Windows offer a wide view, allowing the beautiful city skyline to be taken in at a glance. The room is spacious and well-laid out, and it doesn't make people feel cramped at all. The bed is neither too hard nor too soft. Lying on it is as comfortable as lying on a cloud. The independent pocket spring system ensures that there is no noise disturbance even when turning over. Every night, I can sleep very soundly. All facilities are available: The room is equipped with an intelligent voice-controlled Xiao Du. Whether it's turning the lights on or off, adjusting the air conditioning temperature, or playing music, you can easily handle it with just a few words. My husband and I stayed at this hotel from 6th to 10th September 2024. We requested to extend our check out time to 1 pm to perform our prayers. The hotel kindly granted our request. Very friendly front desk staffs whom assisted us whenever we have questions. Love the ammenities, cleanliness and quiet location. Will definitely stay here in future should we visited again.

The hotel location is good, close to metro station but not close to 珠江新城, my room size doesn’t has a desk to work, the shampoo botols is sky high attached in the bathroom (not easy to take) but they have alternatives. Good thing is they have excellent service staff but the downside is there’s no room phone, only can communicate via WeChat.

Room is fine and not too small or big. However the metro station is a bit too far for my liking and it’s too far from the shopping center or other nice neighbourhoods. While the room wasn’t that expensive, we had to book a taxi every time when we went out

The room is very clean, tidy and comfortable. It is also very quiet. The newly opened hotel is very comfortable. The laundry room and breakfast are very convenient. It is less than 500 to 600 meters away from the subway entrance. It takes less than 10 minutes to get there by taxi to the exhibition center. It takes 25 minutes to walk. The hotel is on the fourth floor of the office building... The front desk service is very enthusiastic. Every time you pass by, they will take the initiative to say hello... It is very warm... I will continue to stay next time
