We tried three different room types during our stay: • A small room without a window • A small room with a window • A large suite All were clean and well-maintained, with the suite being the most spacious and comfortable. The small rooms are a bit compact, especially for travelers with lots of luggage, but still equipped with all necessary amenities. The hotel’s location is very convenient—just a short walk to the metro station, making it easy to get around the city. For Indian travelers: The hotel is a great choice, although there aren’t many Indian food options nearby. That said, the staff was kind enough to help us order meals online, which made a big difference. A special thanks to the wonderful staff members: Situ, Xiaoxuan, Xiaoyu (Beck), Xiaoyao (Coco), and Zhanpeng. We especially want to thank Situ for her amazing help and for guiding us throughout Guangzhou—it made our trip so much smoother and more enjoyable. Our only small disappointment—no discounts offered! But that’s just a joke, because honestly, the overall value and experience made it totally worth it. Highly recommended, and we’ll definitely consider staying here again!

The hotel is not far from Tonghe Station. There are many shopping malls and restaurants nearby, so it is easy to get a late-night snack. The front desk staff is sincere and enthusiastic, and they answer questions for guests. The room cleaning is very fast and clean. I will stay here again next time.

It is not very far from Jiahewanggang. Because I went to bed at night, I was surprised by the environment and air when I got up in the morning. Unexpectedly, after leaving Moganshan, I could encounter a place like this again. The price is very high! Although the room is not as big as a boutique hotel, it is clean and hygienic! The staff here are very enthusiastic, the guest room aunt is responsive, and the young lady has a very good service the day before yesterday! I learned about Ayurvedic natural remedies here, which is said to be the most comfortable treatment. Next time I will bring my family to experience Ayurveda!

The room is very clean and the lighting is very warm, the facilities are very complete, the big bed room is very spacious, the front desk lady is also very patient, very good, very close to the Tianhe Bus Terminal, about ten minutes walk, the location is also very good to find, recommend to other friends.

The hotel id very recommended as the customer service is high class and they will help you with any problem you may have during your stay. The location of the hotel is idealistic as there are restaurants nearby like the photos we took. The metro station is only around 400 meters away (exit a and c). The hotel room is also upto standard with very good cleaning service. The price is also reasonable!! If we stay in Guangzhou, we'll stay at bill hotel again.
