⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5/5 – Great Stay! I had a really good experience during my stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were friendly and accommodating, always ready to help with a smile. The location was convenient and peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Overall, it was a pleasant and satisfying stay — definitely worth recommending to anyone visiting the area!

The front desk service was excellent, the driver who took us to the airport was very nice, the hotel was newly renovated and had a great environment, and there were many restaurants nearby. We booked a deluxe king room but the front desk upgraded us to a business king room.

The hotel offers airport transfer service, but unfortunately the experience was not smooth. They mentioned they would call 30 minutes before pickup time, but no one did. I was ready and waiting on time, but the driver was still waiting for other guests who weren’t ready yet. It was already past 10 a.m., and I was worried I might be late for my flight. In the end, I had to book a Didi on my own to make sure I got to the airport on time. The hotel itself is comfortable, but I hope they can improve the coordination of their airport transfer service in the future. They had food stall in front of hotel street . Very convenient

Very near to the Guangzhou Baiyu Airport. The efficient service of the hotel once we call the hotel for shuttle bus which was arrived within 10 minutes. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend if you have an early flight next morning.

The room design is a harmonious blend of industrial and nature-inspired styles. The industrial minimalism amplifies the sense of spaciousness, while the cozy, natural elements beautifully soften the industrial ruggedness, creating a perfect balance of strength and softness. The room's layout enhances comfort through thoughtful details; for instance, the washbasin cleverly functions as an open partition, effectively separating wet and dry areas while allowing guests to watch or listen to TV while getting ready. The separate shower and toilet facilities make it very family-friendly. The room was spotlessly clean, tidy, and fresh, thanks to the meticulous care of the housekeeping staff. What truly impressed me was the service. Front desk agent #08, who checked us in, was incredibly warm, attentive, and considerate. Despite our party of three each using two passports, she handled the registration process meticulously and efficiently, getting us settled in quickly. Many thanks to her! As I travel through Baiyun Airport annually for both international and domestic trips, I will definitely be staying here again next time!

I had a very good experience staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially Xiaoxue, the reception head. When I missed the shuttle bus, she kindly arranged a taxi at the hotel’s expense. The hotel also offers breakfast, though it’s not halal, but you can still manage well with vegetarian and other options.

The room was great – spacious and clean. The corridors always smelled pleasant, and the staff were very welcoming and friendly. There were quite a few Black residents in the surrounding area, which might be typical for this part of town. It was convenient to grab food downstairs. The only downside is that it's a bit of a walk from the subway station; from Sanyuanli C1 exit, you have to walk straight for about 1 kilometer to get there. It's manageable if you're walking alone, but it would definitely be a struggle if you're with young children and luggage. However, there's a bus stop conveniently located downstairs. Overall, I'd still recommend this place.

Initially, upon checking in, I discovered a leak in the ceiling. When I reported it to the front desk, they were very proactive in handling it and immediately upgraded our room. The front desk staff member was also incredibly thoughtful and patient. Overall, the facilities are quite new, the bedding was clean, and the room was free of any unpleasant odors, which was excellent. The only minor drawbacks were that the pillows were too high, and the final stretch of road leading to the hotel was a bit hard to find and quite dark.

Probably the best and most affordable option in Guangzhou around the Airport. The staffs were amazing and helpful. The room had a very nice ambient atmosphere with a wondeful city view. The receptionist was very nice as she upgraded us to a better room as it was available. The bed was super comfortable and around the hotel everything is convenient including the metro, street food and malls.

The hotel has a gym and a rooftop terrace for hanging clothes. It's very close to Tianhe, Baiyun Station, and Beijing Road Pedestrian Street. The service attitude of the front desk lady is also very good. I recommend staying here. [Happy]TT
