Guangzhou Tianhe District Hotels

The location is superb as the metro station is just few steps away. When we arrived, the system was down, and we have to wait or go out for dinner and check in later. The lobby was decent with free flow of fresh ground coffee and tea. The lifts are the down side of this hotel. The hotel shared lifts with another hotel that is in the same building, and the worse is there is no security card required to go to the designated floor. Everyone can enter to any floor without card or censorship, furthermore the 2 hotels are sharing the same lifts, and sometimes the waiting time during peak hours is very bad too. The lifts also looks old due to the high traffic. The rooms are ok, small but clean, and with motorized curtain, and smart toilet.

The staff at concierge during 9/4/2025 gave us an upgrade to a room with bathtub. Location is great, just walking distance to all the convenience stores and restaurants. Right next to a mall. Room is huge given the upgrade.

Hotel has been renovated and clean. Always been my go-to hotel when I visit Guangzhou. Service top notch with a particular shout-out to Huang Ting Ting (黄婷婷) and 刘经理 for their hospitality and great service.

Great rooms super clean and very upmarket building. Nice views as well of the surroundings As a family with young kids we found the Location is very business centric as it's next to the financial tower, hence hailing a cab is very hard it felt it was far from city centre. Unfortunately for us the staff didn't speak in English, they were warm and friendly but mostly struggled to communicate. The rooms had a full kitchen but not utensils (plate, fork, spoon or knife) it did have a washing machine and a dryer. We were to travel to the whole markets for shipping but it showed it will take 40 odd mins to reach there in a cab and hence couldn't do it as it was our last night in Guangzhou.

Very nice and clean hotel.newly opened. Very helpfull staff.owner is a best guy and went extra miles to assist us.its half an hour drive to market area.if you prefer clean and peaceful environment and can travel 30 mins to market by taxi then this is place to stay.It is a 5-minute walk from the subway entrance, and the transportation is extremely convenient, and it is only 2 kilometers away from the city center Grandview Plaza, Tianhuan Plaza, Tianhe City, and Taikoo Hui, and the overall experience is very good and pleased.

Very lucky the room i get is clean, no bad smell. But my friend another room having bad smoke smell although they mention is non smoking room, but they can't control customer not to smoke insidetge room. So is base on your luck. Location is strategic 3 min walk to railway station and shopping mall. This is a service apartment, so facilities, but near by shopping mall and have a family mart next to the lobby.

The room is clean, the soundproofing is OK, the room feels cozy, there is a restaurant downstairs, there is a barbecue restaurant opposite with a long queue, there is a Keyun Road subway station, the location is easy to find, and it is easy to get a taxi on the roadside

We stayed at Tianhe ZhujiangXingCheng two nights. Perfect location with plenty of authentic food (my favorite is the oyster restaurant a block away!) and leisure activities! Clean facility and helpful staff. At our will be my first choice for future travel. I actually booked it again for our trip to Shanghai later in April.

I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and overall had a pleasant experience. The location is excellent just a short walk from the subway, right next to Exit A, and surrounded by convenience stores and local eateries. The room was clean, tidy, and spacious enough for two people. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Check-in was fast and smooth. The aunty at the hotel restaurant was especially kind. The food was simple but satisfying. Overall, this hotel offers good value for the price. I would recommend it to travelers looking for a comfortable and conveniently located stay in the city.

Some time ago, due to business trip, I came to Guangzhou and stayed at the Mehao Lizhi Hotel in Guangzhou East Railway Station. This stay experience was simply beyond imagination. I really have to give it a thumbs up. I highly recommend it to everyone! The room is spacious and well-laid out, and it doesn't make people feel cramped at all. The bed is neither too hard nor too soft. Lying on it is as comfortable as lying on a cloud. The independent pocket spring system ensures that there is no noise disturbance even when turning over. Every night, I can sleep very soundly. All facilities are available: The room is equipped with an intelligent voice-controlled Xiao Du. Whether it's turning the lights on or off, adjusting the air conditioning temperature, or playing music, you can easily handle it with just a few words.
