Guangzhou Nansha District Hotels

Facilities: The facilities are very new, the environment is very new! Very quiet The service is very good! A family came to travel and stayed in this hotel. We had dinner and lunch here. The food was very good! The view is very good!

I've lost count of how many times I've stayed here; whenever I'm in Nansha for business, this is my go-to hotel. It boasts a prime location with incredibly convenient transport links and offers excellent value for money. I always recommend it to my colleagues when they come to the area. The hotel facilities are comprehensive, and they also provide breakfast, making it truly ideal for someone like me who travels frequently for work.

Highly satisfied! It was a perfect weekend getaway. The hotel is located about an hour's drive from Guangzhou, with direct access via Metro Line 4, and right next to Nansha Wanda Plaza. The hotel facilities are brand new and spotlessly clean. The front desk staff, especially the gentleman who assisted us, was incredibly kind and proactively arranged a room upgrade, showcasing exceptional service. Our Executive Deluxe Suite offered breathtaking views, and the bed was supremely comfortable. Complimentary fruit was also provided. The Executive Lounge had excellent offerings, and we were delighted to find Chee Cheong Fun available for breakfast. Right outside the hotel is Jiaomen River Park, perfect for a leisurely walk along its banks. Nansha Civic Park is also nearby, offering a chance to experience the vibrant, modern side of Nansha. We had a truly wonderful holiday and look forward to returning!

We have stayed in Modena with my family as part of our relocation phase to China. So this type of serviced apartment was the choice we were looking for. Hotel has just opened and management has secured that there are no issues. Facilities are brand new and the management is working well to sustain top quality of services. Location is strategic, however the road outside the venue being under reconstruction can be sometimes annoying. The lobby access by car is currently blocked by the mall management and this can be an issue especially if you come with luggage. There is a great drop off area in-front of the lobby so I am sure it will be soon accessible. Finally breakfast is not available yet at the premises, and is offered in a HK restaurant at the mall; would be nice to have the breakfast in the hotel. Our stay has been very comfortable. Appreciating both the level of facilities and the service given our personal needs, we have already extended our stay at Modena for another 5 nights

I have visited again this hotel with my family. This time hotel arranged nice non-smoking room and provided us baby bed as I requested. Dinner and breakfast are all owesome and hotel manager of Mr.david have welcomed re-visiting our family. This hotel is recommendable..!

We stayed at this hotel for almost one week . Personnel were very friendly at reception . Rooms were cleaned up every day . But , about breakfast, there weren’t a lot of choices …. I hope you can improve this aspect .

This hotel is amazing! The room was incredibly clean and tidy upon entering, and the bed was soft and comfortable, making it a perfect sleep. The room was fully equipped, with the TV, air conditioning, and kettle all working perfectly. The service was exceptionally attentive, and the staff were very friendly and helpful with any questions. The breakfast was also very generous, with a wide variety of dishes, and the food was delicious. The hotel's location is also very convenient, with easy transportation and plenty of great restaurants and fun things to do nearby. Overall, this was a very positive experience, and I would definitely choose this hotel again.

As a newly opened hotel, its overall ambiance immediately creates a great impression, and everything is well-maintained. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, making the entire service experience truly comfortable. A few minor adjustments would make the experience even more perfect: For example, if the air conditioning vent could be slightly repositioned to avoid blowing directly onto the bed, the sleep quality would be significantly more comfortable. The duvet was a bit too heavy for summer use, and it would be great if the pillow height could better cater to the needs of different guests (including families with young children). It would be even more thoughtful if duvet thickness could be flexibly adjusted based on the season or guest preferences. Additionally, providing a set of children's toiletries for families staying with kids would be a wonderfully thoughtful touch.

The hotel is very new, with complete facilities. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The rooms are more spacious than expected, and the price/performance ratio is very high. The counter clerk is proactive and attentive with a very good attitude.

This is the 2nd time that I have stayed here. It is a convenient location only 5-10 mins walk from Jinzhou metro stop and next to Wanda plaza. The corridors felt a lot more light and it appears to have been newly decorated. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Kettle with cups and saucers for making tea, with complementary water. I face 5/5 for amenities as it was as expected for a low cost hotel. Staff and friendly and helpful. I had a problem with a window not closing; within 5mins a man was there to add lubrication to fix it.
