Guangzhou Nansha District Hotels

We booked the hotel temporarily as it was the first day of its opening, so we didn't have the breakfast service, but the room facilities were exactly the same as in the pictures. The hotel also put flower petals and folded small towel dolls on the bed, which is very thoughtful! However, the hotel is close to the subway tracks and there are construction sites nearby. You can still hear some noise even with the windows closed, so people with light sleep need to pay attention.

A very satisfying trip. The service of the front desk lady was very enthusiastic. There is also the Tianhou Temple nearby where you can camp. The hotel also has free camping equipment. In particular, the 5-kilometer luxury car pick-up service surprised me. The yacht club is especially suitable for filming and checking in. There are also many restaurants nearby. The hotel’s own restaurant food is also very delicious. In particular, I was upgraded to a room type, which made my experience full. I highly recommend staying in this hotel when you come to Nansha. I give a thumbs up to every staff member of the hotel.

I have been in Nansha for many years and this is my first time staying in this newly opened hotel apartment. The staff are friendly, young, hardworking and energetic. The room is well designed and the cleaning sister is very serious every day. The soundproofing is also very good, the bedding is comfortable, and I had a good night's sleep. Facilities are also in place, laundry room and gym are also useful. Overall the price is reasonable and I will stay here again. The only tip for coffee lovers is that coffee is not included in breakfast and needs to be purchased separately. Next time I will bring my own coffee!

This was an amazing experience and me and my family loved this hotel and it is probably the best hotel I ever lived in Hygiene: The whole hotel was very clean Room: The room was large and comfy, with massive bed and was nice to sleep on it. The whole room was themed with a modern style. Transportation: Transportation is very convenient as it is near to a big mall Dining: As there is a big mall nearby, there were a lot of restaurant there. The food in the mall is superior. For the morning buffet in the hotel, there was a large variety of food and the food was delicious. Service: The service was amazing and the staff was polite and respectful. They were smiling the whole time and even helped us to carry our laggage and bring us to our room Others: When we entered the room, we received a bowl of welcoming fruits, and there is also free drinks available in the fridge. The fruits were tasty. I really recommend this hotel for everyone who comes to Guangzhou Nansha.

Me and my family stayed at this hotel for the second time. The room was huge and the view was not bad. There aren't many facilities. The people from the front desk gave us a coupon for the restaurant located on the highest floor of the hotel. But, when we ordered food in the restaurant, the waiter only lets us order set meals, stating that they only do set meals but there is a menu of food that can be ordered individually. Also, the food in the set meals are also in the menu of food that can be ordered individually. We asked him can the coupons used for the set meals but he said he don't know and we need to ask the cashier ourselves. But, how would he not know if he is a waiter in the restaurant? Also, shouldn't it be him himself to ask the cashier can we use the coupons for the set meals instead needing us to ask? After that, when we paid the meal, it turns out we cannot use coupons for set meals. But, we can only order set meals. Then what is the point of giving us coupons for the hotel restaurant?

Very kind staff in the whole hotel, at reception everyone was speaking English (which is a big plus in certain areas of China) welcoming you with a smile. Nice and comfortable lobby area, with area for talk and meet , with free coffee available and the coffee was defined quite good . Room was big and well organized, with a good layout. I appreciated how clean everything is, new and well maintained. Location is very convenient, at the top of Unipark shopping mall, with broad choice of restaurants and a supermarket. Also outside there was a pharmacy and other shops nearby. And also that is a plus, because some other hotels in Nasha could be quite isolated, with nothing around. Gym is enough for cardio, with nice machine, but pretty much that's it. it was clean and well maintained. Some cons though : -The kitchen has NO equipments AT ALL, no plates, not even a pan, so basically it's useless. Free minibar : one coke and one sprite. that's it. maybe a soda water, a juice or a small can of beer could be consider. - The breakfast was poor. Little variety, old cheese, old overcooked shrimps, milk that tasted odd. I would highly recommend to upgrade the variety and quality . Even with some cons, it's definitely a very good stay, definetely recommended !

I called the hotel 2 weeks before arrival and asked about the transportation from the hotel to the border. The receptionist Ah Ling said the best option would be to take the ferry from Nan Sha Ferry Terminal to HK, rather than taking the cab to the border as that was going to be the last day of the Easter weekend so bound to have lots of travellers crossing the border. She even taught me over the phone on how to book the ferry tickets. We also met her after we checked into the hotel upon arrival and she was still very helpful everyday attending to our needs. She's a great asset to the hotel. The hotel itself is very centrally located, easily accessible to various parts of Nan Sha. The room was clean and still looks very new. The only criticism we have is on the breakfast. Most of the food and drinks were not even hot. The hot drinks such as the tea and soya milk were barely warm. After the first day's breakfast, we skipped breakfast on the 2nd day and had it elsewhere. Apart from that, everything else was great.

Facilities: The facilities are very new, the environment is very new! Very quiet The service is very good! A family came to travel and stayed in this hotel. We had dinner and lunch here. The food was very good! The view is very good!

The lady at the front desk said that there is a laundry room and fitness area on the 9th floor. I went up to check it out and there is a very pleasant terrace. In the leisure area, it can be seen that the store owner is attentive and takes good care of the small details. It is really the most satisfactory hotel I have stayed in so many times.
