這次入住體驗令人驚喜！作為一家精品單體酒店，將個性化服務做到了極致。大堂設計獨具匠心，讓人眼前一亮。客房佈置温馨雅緻，還有小機器人送物到房間門口，前台24小時響應，幫忙叫車、打印文件都很及時。每個細節都充滿温度。位置鬧中取靜，步行可達商業區卻不受噪音幹擾。雖然酒店暫時沒有早餐，但二樓現點現做的本地特色廣東菜誠意十足。性價比超高，強烈推薦給追求品質的商旅人士！

酒店位置便利，靠近商業區，出行方便。酒店對面就是公交站，房間整潔設施齊全，24小時熱水，水壓也比較大，工作人員態度友好，辦理入住和退房效率快，樓層也比較高，住的1105房間，風景也不錯，整體性價比不錯。

停車場很大，停車特別方便！入住有驚喜，給我們免費升級了高樓層高級房型，窗户很寬敞，觀景遠望心情舒暢，有一個小細節印象深刻，本人不會熨衣服，抱着試試看的心態問了一下前台，很快酒店就安排把衣服熨燙好送回給我，感覺服務到位，暖客人心！客房乾淨明亮，很舒心，下次還會再來。

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，前台服務好，辦理入住快，我是凌晨機到的花都，趕過來酒店已經是凌晨三點多了，辦理入住的時候前台小姐姐還貼心的詢問我是否需要免費延遲到四點退房可以多休息一會，雖然説我是過來出差的早早的就退房了，但這個服務還是讓人心裏暖暖的，值得點贊

酒店入住感不錯，設施設備也很齊全，有一個超大窗户，點的外賣都是機器人遞送到房間門口，酒店旁邊就是購物商城，服務員個個都很熱情，晚上想去附近吃宵夜但不熟悉，前台小姐姐服務周到還給我們指引了近路。真的很貼心。早上退房前台美女送了兩瓶免費礦泉水。服務真的不錯，下次來這邊還會再住
