Good location. Very convenience, walking distance to MRT Station. I will come back to stay if travel to GuangZhou again.

The name of the hotel in my booking is All seasons hotel It took me almost 1 hour to find because it cant be seen but It has a different name outside and not visible Although its near the train station and we walk past it It can be better put the name All Seasons Hotel not another name

Overall a very nice stay here! Clean and comfortable room! A slightly longer walk to get the nearest Metro Station but it’s okay. Would book again for the room quality! Staff can be friendlier tho.

We loved the location. We had a room with an excellent view. The room was very clean. The laundry facility is such a thoughtful offer to guests. Breakfast had many nice choices and staff in lunch room was very friendly and helpful. We have no complain. We will stay at All Seasons again and try others under the same chain.

Definitely it is better than as compared with those small boutique hotel. Spacious,clean and nice view hotel. But location is far from shopping area and it is traffic jam at tianhe area. Not suggest to stay at tianhe area. It was power outage two times at mid night around 1am and 3.30am. it was so scary 😰 and terrifying as imagine the room was dark, no network (wifi), no phone connection to contact receptionist , no air con circulation. After checked, hotel replied that was annual security check! Unbelievable!!! Breakfast are same every day. Advised not to take breakfast if you plan to stay for continuous days.

The hotel location not so closed to Metro station actually, you have to walk 5-7 minutes to reach Line 3 metro stn and 10-12 minutes to reach Line 1 metro stn. The hotel is in the same building with Mercure Hotel. One thing made me uncomfortable is the hotel turned off their air conditioning due to weather issue. It made me can’t have a good sleep at night and I have to open the windows to let the wind blew in. :(

excellent hotel and location is close to many restaurants easy to get around from hotel to airport too on MRT LINE 3 definitely will return bonus point for the free laundry and dryer service at the hotel

Room is clean, and staffs are very nice. Walking distance to metro station, easy to travel around.

The front counter service team is excellent. Highly recommended the staff, Ms 刘家欢, for her help to solve the Taobao parcels with the delivery company. Excellent location with good food options and acceptable walking distance to 2 subway stations. I have enjoyed the 5 nights stay.

Bad: The reception staff was rude and unprofessional, appearing untrained in hospitality. They didn’t provide good customer service, often responding to questions with a dismissive attitude, as if the customers were inconveniencing them. It felt like they acted superior, expecting guests to follow their demands. The service, especially during the shift I encountered, was poor, and some of the staff seemed to think they could get by on looks alone, offering no real service. Good: The room was spacious, and drinking water was provided. I was allowed to extend my checkout until 2 PM due to my membership, although they asked me to leave a positive review in exchange, which felt inappropriate. On the bright side, the cleaning staff was friendly and knew how to greet guests. I stayed at this hotel previously in June, and the service was great back then. However, it’s clear that the quality has been declining. Unfortunately, I can NO longer recommend this hotel.

Absolutely amazing in every aspect, great location, super clean and modern with substantial Chinese breakfast! There is also an option to wash your clothes free of charge. Highly recommended hotel as per my own opinion.

5 mins drive from the speed railway station (Guangzhou East). P.S. though close to the station it sometimes can take more than 10 mins drive to there because of the terrible traffic in Guangzhou.
