Location is really good. Easy to take a taxi, rent a bike or take the metro.  Room was standard. Not so very clean and porely maintained (broken closet, tiles missing in bathroom, walls with wet spots,… .  Housekeeping in service and quality were at bare minimum. The cleaning lady woke us multiple times by banging (!) on the door. Even though we said ‘occupied’ or ‘not disturb’ they just enter the room while we were still in the bed or under the shower.   In general price is OK.

Nice hotel

The room was clean and tidy. The front desk handled the problem quickly, the location was easy to find, and the elevator required a card, which was very safe. I will choose this place next time

I looked for many hotels online and this one seemed pretty good, but I was a little hesitant after seeing this review. However, it was close to where I was going and had a balcony, so I decided to stay there for one night to give it a try. When I got to the room, I liked it as soon as I saw it. The room was the largest in the hotels I have stayed in, clean and tidy, just like the one in the picture, really good. When we checked out, we found that the bed sheets, quilt covers and pillowcases had large stains that were traced to a long time. We found that there was no effective solution to the problem. We kept emphasizing that the service was fine and questioned why we didn't check it before check-in! We kept arguing about the problem and couldn't calm us down, which made us more and more excited. We even suspected that the customer was messing around in person! Wow! Very rude! Extremely unprofessional! Very arrogant! I've learned my lesson.

The front desk clerk had a very bad attitude. A room for four people required multiple room cards. He just threw the card heavily on the card machine. The attitude was very bad. The wash basin in the room had no water and was old.

The hygiene issue needs more attention. There are cockroaches crawling on the bed. Everything else is fine.

The front desk service of this apartment is thoughtful, the rooms are clean and tidy, and the space is large, which is much better than ordinary hotels. This apartment is very cost-effective in the urban area of ​​Guangzhou. I will stay here again if I have the chance next time.

This room pleasantly surprised me. The price is so cheap, the room is so big, so beautiful, clean and tidy. What I like most is that it has a balcony, washing machine, refrigerator, microwave oven are all complete. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is very good. The location is excellent. There are several such apartment hotels here. There are many snack bars downstairs and the subway station is not far away. In other words, the price-performance ratio is acceptable. It would be better if the hygiene was more meticulous.

The air conditioner was broken on the first night and it was freezing cold. We changed rooms the next day and the smell of the toilet filled the whole room. However, the guy at the front desk was very nice and replied to WeChat messages very late at night.
