前台接待服務超級無敵好，很細心介紹每一個景點，由於是生日還多贈送了一些遊玩項目，令我沒想到的是還提前和餐廳打招呼，真的太細心了，點贊👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻！！！巴士管家也很好，免費借我們使用驅蚊水。還有樂huo餐廳真的太好吃了，高於市區內很多餐廳水平！總之，整個園區服務都很nice！玩下來很舒心，是個放鬆好地方！

已經第二次去天人山水了，但第一次沒住宿，這次住宿全5分表示很滿意，環境好，服務到位，飲食也好，有娛樂設施，也可以行山觀景，太舒服了！準備再帶孩子去玩多次。

雖然抵達時天公不作美下起了大雨，但這次旅程卻因為這裏無微不至的服務而變得格外温暖和難忘。特別感謝前台客服莉嬌，她從我們預訂後就一直保持聯繫，非常耐心地告知天氣情況並提供建議。更令人驚喜的是，莉嬌考慮到我們是親子游，特意為我們免費升級了景觀超棒的帳篷木屋大床房，還贈送了無限暢玩手環。 景區非常大，生態環境和維護做得非常好，工作人員很有禮貌服務素質高。期間遇到任何問題，他們都是有問必答，迅速解決，讓我們全程都感到非常省心和被重視。
唯一的小遺憾是因為雨天，最期待的滑道車和幾個項目沒有開放。這次體驗完全超出了預期，無論是硬件設施還是軟性服務。
