設施：喜歡大玻璃窗和幕布投影。有新鮮果盤，膠囊咖啡，薯片，可樂雪碧王老吉，放了8瓶礦泉水。歐舒單的洗浴品牌。衞生：可以。環境：最喜歡它的隔音，睡的很安靜服務：就在天人山水樂園裡，不用出景區，去哪裡都很快。真意帳篷有專屬酒店用車，不用等拼車，這點和普通遊客在服務上是有區別的，非常好。另外給我們無限暢遊手環，景區的任意項目都可以多次遊玩。酒店的服務人員也很貼心，一對一管家，服務很不錯。

房間很贊，雖然天氣很熱，但小孩子玩得很開心，夜觀昆蟲，摘荔枝，參與度很高，體驗一下大自然。服務很好，叫車隨時服務，服務小姐姐EVA，May,熱情，給升級了暢玩手環，雖然太熱沒怎麼玩但體驗💯
