My experience at the hotel was great and astonished. The hotel attendants are so friendly, communicative, supportive and welcoming.
My experience was a best one there, most importantly that other side of China.

Friendly personal, its far away from center city but now depends what you looking for. In a walk of 20min you can find a lot of markets, store, street food ,mall . In the rooms you have bad signal on phone. They have wifi and if want cleaning they ask it or leave your room card at reception otherwise ( in my case ) they dont come to clean.

Overall, for such a price, it's a sin to complain. It was quite clean and quiet, the staff was friendly. Of the minuses - it's still very far from the center of Guangzhou (it took an hour to get there by metro), the towel was very small, and when we checked in, there were a huge number of mosquitoes in the room (they bit us pretty badly).
