Amazing amenities that show they really care! The breakfast is well-stocked and has a variety of tasty foods. The afternoon tea and desserts were a sweet added touch. We really love the robot room service! Very friendly staff and helpful to all our requests, we have always been satisfied when we stay here! Thank you for setting the bar so high when we stay in Guangzhou.

Great location. Clean and modern rooms. Comfortable bed. Front desk staff, XUE and TONG were very friendly and helpful. Service they gave was terrific. Made check in easy and fast. Accommodating for late check out as well. Highly recommend.

This hotel is located in a nice and convenient area where you can spend time in cafes, restaurants or huge shopping malls. The rooms are spacious enough, but I booked the 32+ sqm category. The rooms are very clean and nicely decorated and the staff are very friendly and helpful. The international breakfast is a bit sparse, but there are plenty of options for Chinese guests. A convenient self-service laundry is also available free of charge.

Booked 4 rooms for my family of 8. The front desk staff are especially helpful. Xiaoxue and Xiao Wang are so pleasant even when busy.

The Receptionists were very helpful even though their knowledge of English was poor. They would also help with booking of cabs and even walked us to the cab and opened the door The Elevator and rooms are almost brand new and very high-tech with touch panels, automatic blinds etc. Level 6 rooms have smart toilets and larger suites too. The housekeeping girls were very courteous and offered extra drinking water and tea The buffet breakfast was very good but almost the same for all three mornings. Maybe a little variation would help. Staff in the dining area were very cooperative Great location with shopping malls and restaurants in the vicinity The rooms could use a safe deposit box and a weighing scale. An ice dispenser in the corridor would also work well All in all a very good experience
