Last time, I asked if it was non-smoking and was given the high-rise 11th floor. This time I was directly given the 6th floor. When I opened the elevator, there was a smell of smoke. 2. The shower head in the bathroom was broken and could not produce water. I had to use the shower head, which was very inconvenient. I don't know why such obvious damage was not discovered during the room inspection. 3. Last time I asked the front desk, they gave me a check-out time of 2 o'clock. This time, the front desk said very officially: We have always checked out at 12 o'clock here. I don't know why different people's descriptions are so different. 4. The standard wine in the mini bar in the room was gone last time, and the small bottle of lotion was also used. In theory, the small bottle of lotion should be sealed and replaced for each guest. It is too unacceptable to reuse it. It was a very disappointing stay. I probably won't come again in the future
