Excellent location. It is easily accessible via the train station exit A of GongYuan Qian station. 7-eleven is just downstairs. Friendly and helpful staff. Restaurants are available just below the same building.

Normal apartments, great for a couple of nights, you can wash your clothes.
The elevator to the Apartments is on the back side of the building, you need to go around the building.

Wonderful place to stay in, location was very central, building directly connected to the train station. Place was a 10 mins walk from Beijing Road Pedestrain Street, the most popular district in Guangzhou, so it shows what a treasure this location is! Staff were always helpful and friendly, and always provided me items I needed in less than 5 minutes!
Room was clean, with strong air con and good amenities. The smart toilet was also very cool!
Do take note the lobby is located at level 18, and you have to register at the security office on level 18 they first time you enter!

Very dirty, everything is old. While we were walking from the taxi to the room at night, it was terrible... as if in the slums, there are no dishes, and it is impossible to cook or eat in what there is, we could not live there, we moved out. The main advantage is the location. The service is good, very sociable, pleasant, ready to help. They met us halfway in our question, for which we are very grateful. If only they would update the rooms, but at least clean well.

Spoil my trip to stay here, the bed and towel bath is dirty and smelly. 3 of us get itching when using the towel. We can’t get sleep at night with the dirty and smelly bed and pillows. They agreed for us to change to more clean room for our next day stay. Very bad experience stay here.
