Picture that provide in apartment not match with actual. Booking room with washing machine but when check in that room is without washing machine

Il s'agit d'un immeuble en très mauvais état, on peut dire qu'il est délabré avec deux ascenseurs sur 6 qui fonctionnent et avec des couloirs et des halls pas très propres. Un point positif est que au milieu d'une chambre en mauvais état les draps et les couvertures sont extrêmement propres et le sommeil est de qualité. Il est vraiment décevant de constater que la réalité est très très différente des images sur le site. La chambre était tellement moche que je n'ai même pas pris une seule photo pour vous montrer dans quel état elle se trouve.

Not clean, the lift is a nightmare.
The actual room vs what you see on the photo is very different. Some of my friend’s room even got cockroaches….
The worst part of the lift, the building only got lifts operates. I waited for half an hour just to get down to ground floor.

Th service , location and staff at the reception were all amazing. You are at central of Beijing road , cannot ask for anymore.
However , within this building , there are only 2 elevators which is shared with all the floors , meaning , you could wait anywhere from 5 minutes - 2 hours just to enter your elevator (if it is not full)
That is our only complaint from staying here, the ridiculous wait for the elevator since 4/6 are broken with no sight or news of them being fixed.
Rooms are clean and the receptionist is extremely friendly and welcoming.
If you don’t mind waiting anywhere from 5 minutes - 2 hours , this is an amazing stay for a cheap price with a convenient location.

Accommodation near the BTS, walk only 1 minute
The elevator is a bit of a pain because it takes a long time to wait and it is always full
Waiting for hours is real, every floor is full
The room is spacious, the bed is hard, but we like it, the air is cool without having to turn on the air conditioner, the 31st floor has a beautiful view
