The training of Lavande Hotel should be improved. The service of the front desk is really so-so. There is a problem with the shower in the room. I told the front desk and they just replied, "OK, I know." It hurts when the rain showers on my body. You can check your room. There is no heating in the room. It is really cold. The quilt cover is also torn. This is outrageous. If it is an ordinary small hotel, it is fine. I didn't expect Lavande to be like this now.
