The room is clean and hygienic, and the toilet has strong water ~ There are many snack stands downstairs of the hotel. I originally booked for only one night and extended it for two more nights. There is also airport pick-up and drop-off service 👍 A robot will deliver the takeaway. Even the disposable slippers are of very thick quality. I will definitely choose this hotel when I come to Guangzhou in the future.

Hotel was ok. Nothing great.
Landed late at 1am. Supposed to have a shuttle to hotel, but was told it would take 30 minutes to arrive. How to wait 30 minutes when you’ve landed at 1am and tired from the flight?
Reception was nice to suggest ride hailing if we can’t wait - as the hotel would reimburse a maximum of ¥30 during check in. We tried to get a DiDi but it was very difficult as everyone also tried ordering a ride hail so late in the wee hours. Ended up hailing a taxi that cost ¥45. So we paid ¥15 out of pocket. Hotel did reimburse the ¥30 so no questions on that.
Room was ok. Not the cleanest but I would give it a 8/10. Bed was firm and hard, not the soft kind. Stayed for the night didn’t have breakfast and left the next day. Hotel offered free ride to nearest mrt station (Renhe).

The room itself is quite good, very roomy and well equipped though not that clean, but one of our rooms got downgraded without prior notice, but its a one night stay so i did not bring up the issue. Barely a good staying experience overall, the receptionists are not very helpful and the for airport pick up service of the hotel, they use private car of the staff on shift, quite crampy to seat four. The experience is not helped by the big road reconstruction work right outside the hotel. Dusty and loud all day.
