房子是一棟民房自建的獨立別墅。優點：房子內部衞生還不錯，看得出來管家有認真打掃和維護。房間無黴味。温泉入户，衹要提前微信安排，都能及時放出温泉水。房子裏面，擺放了很多影樓裏的那種歐式軟裝，油畫、紗幔，燭台，聖誕樹等。還有一架可以彈奏的鋼琴。喜歡自拍的人，應該覺得還行。房間內有送免費的掛耳咖啡，氣泡水，小點心。
缺點：周邊環境比較差。民宿在一家路邊飯店後面，周圍養狗養雞種自留地那種。早餐很晚才有，9點半之後才提供早餐的民宿我還是第一次遇到。早餐還可以，但是住了兩晚，發現早餐一模一樣。建議是可以換一下內容，哪怕煮個麪或雲吞，不是兩天一模一樣。民宿在馬路旁邊，對面是輕軌站。夜間關了門窗，火車噪音還是比較大。雞叫也比較煩人。民宿沒有餐廳，不能提供正餐，只有咖啡和蛋糕。去從化幾個户外的景點，距離比較遠。比如去溪頭村大概需要40分鐘自駕。名稱叫莊園或藝術村，與事實差距還是比較大的。畢竟只有一個獨棟民建別墅，完全不是一個村黃或莊園的感覺。沒有任何遊玩項目。夜裡只有我們入住，還有點害怕。
整體1500元一晚上的套房價格，感覺是有點坑爹。不如選擇周邊住在山谷裏，有自然風光的酒店，也就1000元左右。

超滿意！所見之處牆上都掛着歐洲中世紀的油畫，整體都是歐洲中世紀的風格，每一處都能拍出好看的照片，這酒店設計真的好好看，贊。房間有免費的氣泡水，礦泉水，小點心，還有掛耳咖啡，浴巾是一次性的，沐浴露和洗髮水都是歐舒丹的，風筒是戴森的，床睡的很舒服，房間隔音也很好，在裏面是聽不到外面馬路的聲音的。早餐很豐盛，擺盤也超好看，也好吃。入住是可以進後花園的，後花園很出片，估計聖誕節前後過來更有氛圍感。當然咖啡店的下午茶蛋糕也是又好看又好吃，咖啡也是很合心意。這次入住客人超級少，1樓大廳跟後花園都是隨便拍拍拍，沒人打擾。超級舒服。管家姐姐人很nice，很温柔，在羣裏發訊息都是秒回的。唯一不太好的就是晚上11點多回來門口進來的小路沒有燈，有點小害怕。

民宿每個角落都是藝術，值得去！服務方面（阿姨很客氣，但客服網上聯繫就總感覺有着藝術家的脾氣，稍説少一聲謝謝，都會得到冷漠的迴應）體驗感（被服務生追着説，一直強調咖啡廳消費者不能進入住宿區，我想説又被打斷，其實提醒也沒毛病，但我是住這的，被當著其他客人這樣説，就很尷尬了，以為我混水摸魚了，所以你們自己反思一下這個細節，那裡有問題了）退房環節，主打一個自主行為，要自己主動聯繫，按金才退，且這位網上客服藝術家脾氣很嚴重！
