房間住得很舒服，經典懷舊、寬敞整潔。除了樓層很陡，走路要小心。交通吃飯都很便捷。燒水壺壞了不會跳閘，為了安全建議換一個。

這個地方太棒了。當時是一個人在廣州旅行了三天，在這裏住了兩天。也是看到點評説很好，確實沒有誇大。出行十分方便。周圍的景點基本步行可達。我都是睡到自然醒，然後去陶陶居和蓮香樓吃飯。很安靜。衞生很好。下雨的時候就坐在窗台上看着外面的民居。或者在樓上的小露台觀望四周的風景。洗的衣服也很快就幹了。房東很好，給我推薦了很多吃飯的地方，有什麼問題也10分及時的解決。我也給朋友們推薦了。如果我下次來廣州，還會住這家。

和家人來廣州玩3天，一次訂蓮香、十甫兩間房。
民宿位置很好，房間乾淨，還有獨立天台、浴缸，老闆娘十分好人，隔音還ok，下次來廣州，都會再訂住。

房間衞生可以 主要是樓上有個小露台真的很舒服，房東也很好 下次有機會的話還會定的，附近也很多好吃的

在上下九街區很方便，一下樓就是吃的附近有陶陶居蓮香樓等數間老字號名店，步行五分鐘就能到永慶坊，地鐵也是5-10分鐘，打個丁丁車五分鐘能到1906科技園區
房間很舒適有窗不會感到壓抑，還有個小露台沒那麼熱的話可以上去吹吹風

樓下就是民宿辦公室，老闆娘人特好，房間雖然存在上百年但修繕的不錯，乾淨。樓下就是蓮香樓陶陶居，南信牛奶等等

首先房間風格與圖片無差
其次酒店位置距離地鐵站不遠（下地鐵走路能到）
周邊也很多吃的和逛的地方
白天很熱鬧 晚上也不會很黑 很安全
房間乾淨整潔（必須誇一下房東選的香薰，跟我喜歡的一個香水味道一模一樣）
總之這次旅行入住很滿意 以後有機會還會選擇房東的其他房型
