酒店設施一般，其他還能接受，因為當天入住的時候酒店正在工程翻新，酒店房間隔音有點差，所以當天入住的時間是不是傳出裝修的聲音，空調真的很差，根本沒有冷氣，但是到晚上，大堂員工x梓峯，態度真的有待改善，因為這位員工跟他説，房間內沒有遙控器，他沒有理會我們，然後我們回到酒店房間用微信再跟酒店説一次，完全沒有理會我們，從照片中看到，衹是問我們那一間房間，然後就沒有回覆，到了第二天早上跟我們説晚上太忙，沒有有空你回覆我們，一陣你都在忙嗎？，還是我們打擾你睡覺，然後第二天早上跟我們説，我們車子為什麼不進停車場，當天晚上我在停車場閘門等了很久都沒有開閘給我們，然後你第二天早上跟我們我説我們沒有把車駛進閘門前，那天晚上我在閘門前等了很久，然後那位保安説我們是單排車不給我們進去，那天晚上那位保安不給我們進去的時候，我已經立刻走進酒店大堂找那位x梓峯男員工，但是那位員工衹是跟我們説我也不知道，不關我的事，不斷叫我們找停車場的保安跟他談一下，但是那位保安一直説我們車子開出去，就不能進去，加上我們是單排車他就是不開閘門給我們進去，我們跟x梓峯男員工説酒店早上的員工已經預留車位給我們，給我們自由進出停車場，還貼心跟我們説不用收費的，如果付了錢是退不了的，這樣很清楚和明白，這位x梓峯員工，什麼都不會，而且將所有責任歸咎落我們身上，這體驗真的不好，完全不能解決我們的問題，希望酒店能重視這問題，最氣人的事就是我們在閘問前，等了20多分鐘，然後你在微信説沒有看見我們的車輛，真的很氣人，最後我們去了其他的停車場，那位x梓峯員工，希望酒店能關注一下

This stay was perfect! The hotel has an elegant environment, a grand lobby, spacious and bright rooms, complete facilities, and comfortable and soft bedding, which makes people sleep well all night.
