環境衛生很差，牆身多處發霉，睡床訓下轉身有聲音，廁所門未能上鎖，位置比較偏遠，沒有電視節目提供，我訂了2晚，但我只住了1晚，已經立刻轉酒店。

1)有兩間廁所連浴室:
地下的企浴沒有浴簾及地下擋條水，用後整個人廁所要抹乾水才可用，費時及使後者時因未地下未乾而容易發生危險!
而樓上的廁所雖是玻璃的企浴，但玻璃門壞了卻沒有再新安裝新的，如同樓下一樣洗澡後要抹乾企浴外的水，下一位才能使用!
2) 給客人用的拖鞋很不潔，要問客服取一次性用的拖鞋才有!
3)投影機很難 匹配使用，找了客服來幫忙才可以，但兩小時後，因空調有一部調節為17度，即電力全屋跳制，等客服來在屋外開關才有回電力。這時才知，客服沒有溫馨提示客人，空調是不能調節為17度，真的很不爽!
4)地方及沐床上用品清潔上，若10分為滿分，我只能給6分。
5) 因有滑梯，孩子們是玩得開心的! 因共同一處玩樂點，有較小的孩童，成人要看顧孩子玩時的安全，請是成人的責任!

地點十分近長隆樂園！樓下很多美食！房間衛生乾淨，3晚裡只見到一條很小的蟲子！冷氣夠凍！小朋友每天都玩得很開心，很喜歡，欣賞它的滑梯和遊戲機，美中不足是投屏功能白天的時間看電視比較辛苦，如果裝一下遮光窗簾會更好！小朋友走時候很不捨，會再來入住！
