是我在攜程上訂房最差的一次體驗，因為簡介與實際情況不符，按導航找不到地址，沒有酒店招牌。離地鐵站也遠，給的房源跟網上訂的又不一樣，見不到真人接待，網上溝通又不予退款。看了實房，14樓陽台的門都沒辦法關上，也沒有防盜網，安全係數低，不入住，也沒退款。給我的感覺以後再不定此類產品，此生必避。
