The people were nice, they don't speak English but have a translator at the front desk. The address of the hotel was not clean so some difficulty getting back to the hotel from outside locations.

It is a bit far away from Zhu Jiang new city honestly, at least not close to the metro station Zhu Jiang new city. The nearest station is Tianhe park. The service was ok, staffs were very friendly.

Not that close to subway... but fortunately close to bus stops. After check-in I went out for dinner, after coming back late, I requested a change of room. I noticed it was a smoking room, while during booking i opted for a non-smoking room. The attending service desk employee said every room got sold out and told me he would address this in the morning. Very early in the morning I went back for this, nobody at servicedesk knew about my request. Also mentioned there is a lot of noise, because the outer windows could not be closed. This is probably due to the warm weather where the metals frame got distorted. The lady offered me a new non-smoking room, the first room I got offered had the same issue with distorted metal frame window that would not close. Luckily the second one did close. Since the change was early in the morning it gave me the impression that it could have been done in the evening as well, since both room that I got offered where all cleaned and ready for use.

The staff upgraded our room when we checked in, tried to assist us in every possible way even though they did not speak english, except poor breakfast.

It is a convenient hotel to stay if going to the fair. Well located and acceptably clean. Breakfast is a bit poor and the shuttle service to the fair was not working.

All good, only the acustic was had low rate but at the end you get use of it.
