房間打掃不完全不乾淨，沒有每天換床單
房間室內跟照片上的大小不符合
陽台的冷氣室外機對著陽台吹，在陽台上像在火爐裡
住兩天以上會得到打掃阿姨叫你起床讓她打掃，來大陸一個月了，住過一堆酒店與公寓，沒有一間像這間一樣的，好像打掃阿姨要趕著下班一樣，給她打掃了還是一樣偷懶
還未到退房時間就來催你退房

連續入住多日，每天都過得特別舒心！香雪國際公寓的整體環境非常美，樓下綠意盎然，走在小區裏也特別愜意。房間內的硬件設施齊全，洗衣、做飯一應俱全，非常適合需要中長期入住的朋友。恆温泳池乾淨又寬敞，健身房器械保養得也很好。服務方面也非常滿意，前台小姐姐和小哥哥都非常專業又有禮貌，態度超級好。酒店用機器人配送外賣，減少接觸又有新鮮感。整體體驗特別棒，是我來廣州最滿意的一次住宿！

非常喜歡這裏！ 位置便利，步行1.2公里就可到達香雪地鐵站，周邊生活設施也很方便，有鋭豐中心和奧園廣場。酒店是一個大園區，得在西門進來A棟這裏辦入住，前台是24小時都有人在崗，前台小姐姐都非常熱情友好，服務態度好。酒店整體環境整潔，房間佈置得挺好，舒適度也可以。酒店還提供了很多便利設施，如健身房、游泳池、小書吧和咖啡廳等。總體感覺很棒，下次還會再來入住。

家在附近，這次是有朋友來才定的酒店，酒店環境不錯的，特別的大，能説裏面就是應有盡有，能跑步🏃，有泳池健身房，康體裏面很大很乾凈，泳池更衣室超乾淨的。洗漱用品也有。前台服務很好，辦入住很快。房間的衞生乾淨明瞭，陽台很大，推薦大家休閑入住超好的。
