I don't know if the staff helped put them in the dryer. But the extra rag is really hard to deal with. Of course, that's fine. As a result, I wanted to stay in the original room, and Ctrip also showed that the merchant had confirmed it. As a result, the hotel called me immediately and said that the room had been booked by another guest. They wanted me to change rooms the next day. I don't understand why such a big hotel has only one room of my type? If I booked someone else's room, would it be impossible for the guest to book it? And did the other guest specify my room? Would he have to stay in this room even if he was willing to let me move? If I have to pack all my luggage and leave it at the front desk, then what's the point of staying in the original room? Of course, that's fine. The next day, I packed up and asked the hotel, but the hotel never replied. They said they would contact me again, but they didn't :)
