Too bad, I booked a deluxe room, but when I arrived they said it was sold out, I had already booked it very early, so they finally gave me a double room. The shower water is very small and cold, it's too bad now. I told the desk clerk that the weather was so cold and it was too miserable to stay in a hotel like this.

It's really bad. There are no windows. It's old and shabby. There's a smell. I won't book again next time.

The check-in service attitude is excellent. When we entered the room, the TV had no signal. Two people came to check and after more than ten minutes they said they wanted to change rooms. The new room has no windows, but the original room had windows, so of course I cannot accept it. While I was waiting for arrangements in the elevator lobby, the female manager passed by and asked about the situation. Two minutes later, she said that the TV could be watched normally. It turned out that she just needed to plug in the antenna. No need to change rooms. The manager has a better work attitude.
