I have stayed in this hotel many times, but this time the experience was very bad. You could only sleep from 2 am to 6 am, and the room was in the mezzanine on the second floor, and you could reach the ceiling with your hand. Later, I communicated with the front desk to no avail, so I contacted Ctrip directly. Ctrip customer service was still very dedicated and tried to calm my emotions. Later, I agreed to stay because it was too late, but not long after, the hotel front desk called, and the tone was quite loud, saying "Are you not satisfied with the room? Do you want to check out?" It was already past ten o'clock, almost 11 o'clock, asking me, a foreigner, to go out and find a house again? Ctrip clearly said when communicating with the hotel that you can't refund after checking in, so why did they call the customer? So the front desk staff on duty had no ability to handle complaints at all. It was really incredible that they asked the guest this question when their emotions had stabilized. Later, I looked at the comments about the deluxe king-size bed room and compared it to the one I stayed in, what a big difference there was. I really wanted to call 12315 to handle it. Later, Ctrip customer service called me again to communicate, and I still accepted Ctrip's handling result.
