首先我們安排入住的時候是別墅區的，一進門又暗又小又潮，雖然人流少但是我們帶着孩子太壓抑了，後面想着去前台加錢換房，但是客服人很好溝通，也體諒了我們帶着幾個孩子們免費幫我們升級主樓的帶浴缸雙床房，同時後面的一系列溝通都回復非常到位，其次就是體驗了一下酒店的自助晚餐，兩大一小348，有三文魚，這個價格跟市區的120左右一人的自助餐差不多，主要是玩水設施孩子比較喜歡，所以整體下來還是挺開心的，適合家庭休閑聚餐等。接下來就是説一下不好的，部分房間設施還是舊點，坐便器有痕跡，個別生銹物件，強迫症可能會接受不來，但是我們全程都還好，所以這次好評！

老牌温泉酒店，設施確實有點舊了，但整體運作還算OK，温泉池也挺多的，送了附近大豐門景區的遊玩票，大人小孩都玩得開心，早餐過得去，喜歡生滾粥，工作人員還送布丁，水果也天天送，關鍵是寵物友好呀，給崽子們過了一個愉快的生日。

2大1小（1.5M以下小童）德式主題自助晚餐或美食套餐:首先非常點贊酒店的服務，自助餐帶着一歲多小孩服務員會主動問是否需要幫助，酒店前台服務也是非常周到細緻，水上設施比較少，不過有室內室外兩個泳池，這次主要是游泳為主，遊樂場雖然有段距離，不過有接送車輛，裏面很多無動力項目，營業到晚上9點半，那天晚上去基本不用排隊，小孩高效玩了很多項目。

放暑假帶孩子出來玩兩天來到了錦綉，到了大廳給我們家庭升級了房型，這裏衞生很乾凈，環境也很好，非常感謝小宇幫我們升級房型，因為主樓出去哪裡都很方便，而且還大一些，樓下就是餐廳以及温泉戲水的大堂，小宇服務還特別的貼心，講解周邊路線以及酒店路線都非常清晰，此次家庭遊非常滿意。

白水寨來過幾次，住過嘉華丶金叶子，這間錦绣香江同樣不錯，房間大，温泉很近，訂了1間有溫泉池，對着瀑布景，私隱度特別高，另一間是親子房裝修也不錯，早餐非常豐富，包大丰門景點門票，非常好玩，兩晚都玩不夠。。。比起其他兩間酒店，優點是早餐豐富，服務人員有求必應；缺點是設施較老舊，打掃得不夠乾淨
