位置好，在美麗的流花湖旁邊，房間也衞生乾淨，是湖南省人民政府住廣州辦事處所在地，二樓有號稱湘菜廣州第一家的美稱，菜品味道不錯，環境好，衞生，因此連續3天下午飯都在這裏吃。地鐵站稍遠一些，不過門口公交多路2站就可到西門口地鐵站。服務很不錯，打掃房間的阿姨尤其熱心。早餐很棒哦！連住了四天。

己經是第二晚上了，感覺很好！保潔阿姨很乾凈認真。住的北面房間，雖然有很多汽車來回，賓館的窗子是雙層隔音，效果很好一點都不吵！

前台男接待服務態度好，家人早上到酒店得到及時安排入住休息，特別點贊!客房服務員態度也很好。自助早餐豐富，二樓餐廳菜式出品味道好，附近是西華路美食街。

非常非常差的體驗，房間異味非常重，最最最差的是床頭沒有插座沒有插座！這是第一次見床頭沒有插座的酒店，真的離譜！
