酒店位置非常方便。連著太古匯商場，在石牌橋地鐵上蓋。房間環境優雅，古色古香，有傳統文華，東方的特質。房間設施齊備，維護得很好。尤其它的浴缸又大，物料又好，有防滑作用便，而且浴缸與座厕分開兩邊很方便，適合一家大細使用，不會相爭。風扇是用Dyson牌子😍 工作人員熱情細心，而且幫我們延長房間直至兩點才退房.

Stayed at the Mandarin Oriental Guangzhou recently—really impressed. The service was warm and professional, rooms were super comfortable with great city views, and the location (right by Taikoo Hui) made everything easy. Loved the spa and had a great meal at Jiang by Chef Fei. Quiet luxury done right. Would happily stay again.

房間寬敞整潔哦，每天都有阿姨來打掃衞生，酒店安靜服務超級好，餐食也好吃，交通方便，帶孩子首選住店。離商場也是很近，從酒店就可以過去，兩個商場都是連着的。走着就可以到。雙人東方會行政酒廊專屬禮遇:很好！非常好！

設備已經比較舊，房內有煙味，下午2點到等上房等到下午3:30，有開車到也沒有说明免費泊車如何安排。要到出車時再倒車回去搞減免。

廣州文華東方在下午三點還要等房這一點讓我對這個酒店全無好感，1點半到酒店前台叫我出去吃飯。説好了給我打電話，3點了都沒給我打，等到終於給我打電話叫我回來並且説行李送到房間了，我辦完入住上樓和朋友聊了半小時天才發現行李還沒送到，神了，還有不知道咋想的大堂布局實在是過於擁擠，無論什麼時候下來大堂都是亂糟糟的景象，等車的時候一羣人就像**一樣站在大堂，不知道誰家大堂會衹有兩個座位給客人坐，離奇的佈局，外賣不送到房間要自己下來取，很不能理解，隔壁卓美亞都是專人送到房間。酒店房間衞生沒什麼問題，樓下餅房也很好吃，餅房的態度都比前台好哈👐🏻，和商場聯通挺方便的，除此之外缺點遠大於優點，我到的時候行李還是我自己搬下車的，前面一家剛好門僮帶進去了，反正我下次是不會選擇了..
