因為航班的原因，原定在廣交會威斯汀酒店住宿15個晚上的我，需要提前一天退房。但是通過攜程修改訂單的時候，遇到了巨**煩，攜程工作人員為我與威斯汀酒店協調了很久，也打了我無數個電話，酒店要扣我錢。
單單從這個續住兩晚的訂單看，減少一晚我確實就不符合連住優惠政策了，但是實際我就是已經連住了十幾天，酒店為什麼就不能根據實際，不扣我連住與單晚的差價呢？
最後是攜程給我這個金鑽會員滿意的補償，但是消耗了我不少時間和精力，酒店給我的感覺自然大打折扣。希望酒店對於實際連住多日的客人，不要僅僅按照單個訂單去判定。而且客人下訂單的方式有時候會取決於銀行政策，比如每個訂單滿2000元減100元，於是按照每個訂單金額略高於2000元來訂房，但是實際連住了十幾天。

住的非常舒服尤其是我這層的工作人員娟娟姐，每次都根據我的生活習慣，和作息時間來幫我打掃房間，知道我愛喝茶總給我一天送好幾次水，知道我愛整潔每次打掃衞生都非常仔細，感覺很温暖很貼心，而且永遠都在笑着説話非常親切！點贊👍

下午將近2點的時候才到酒店，來辦理入住告訴我要等待一個小時才有房間，作為五星級酒店也沒有什麼管家提前聯繫詢問入住時間的，到了就是告訴我等！我們四個人拖着行李箱拿着厚厚的羽絨服非常狼狽的去寄存行李，體驗感真的很差！前台一句抱歉的話都沒有直接就是告訴我們要等一個小時房間打掃出來！入住以後房間設施比較老舊，配套也很差，像衞生紙這種小東西都只有在浴室櫃上有一盒，早上7點就沒法睡了，對面修房子巨吵！入住了兩晚體驗感非常差！地鐵口也很遠！打車更是難上加難！不是為了看展會，同價格可以找到更好的五星級
