I booked a standard room and used Ctrip points to redeem a room upgrade. When I stayed here for the first time, the room was indeed upgraded to the 7th floor. However, I used the upgrade voucher again for the second time, but it was obvious that the room was not upgraded. The floor was low and the facilities were old.
