訂的家庭套房，顛覆了我的認知 居然是兩個房間中間有個門隔着的 還不如單獨定兩個房間 價格還便宜一些。晚上不小心把門關了 居然門打不開了 😮💨打了電話給前台 一直不來人 態度也不是很友好 ，耽擱了好長時間才過來開門。這家酒店也住過幾次，一直都還不錯，這次的體驗極差。第一次訂了家庭套房 就踩雷🤣

地理位置：酒店位於市中心天河區，臨近珠江新城、珠江公園、廣州塔、花城廣場等地標性景點，交通便利，周邊商場、餐飲及配套設施豐富，適合商務出行及旅遊。
房間舒適寬敞： 客房空間較大，適合休息。
服務：雖然人不多但是退房延遲也衹能到下午3點。
衞生：房間乾淨整潔，基礎設施齊全。
性價比一般：在五星級酒店中，結合地段和服務水平，價格一般。
缺點：優化設施設備，畢竟有些老舊。
