前台辦理入住的jenny服務太棒了，免費升級了江景房還可以看廣州塔，實名感謝～從下車到酒店門口就有專人接行李，辦理入住也很順暢，房間很乾凈安靜，住得很愉快，小朋友也超喜歡。五星推薦～

酒店環境宜人，早餐品種豐富，房間設施設備齊全，小度語音控制，很方便，管家小潔服務很好，很耐心，酒店大堂還提供了茶水和小零食，另外還有機器人送餐，很棒

除了環境一無是處的酒店 國內外住過這麼多五星最爛的
一家，是不是覺得在廣州這個位置不缺客人啊，三千多一晚來住簡直是大冤種
如同打卡景點的大堂每天擠滿了形形色色的人，電梯慢的要死。除了大堂和前台的員工，其餘人見到都不會打招呼的，尤其冷着臉，跟她説話也是冷冰冰的答應，説謝謝也沒回應
房間設施:浴缸的水龍頭是晃得，洗手枱的水龍頭又緊的要死。無論是哪裡的水都很小，洗澡的淋浴簡直就是反人類，開關調節都費勁吹風機插座是松的，衹要一晃吹風機就會掉下來。洗手盆的水龍頭離盆壁很近，一不小心就會碰到手
網速慢的要死，投個屏每次幾分鐘就斷了，不知道還以為是非會員試看呢
空調有酸臭味，模式少，通風除濕都沒有。開的低了冷調高一點就臭，衣服拿出來放一晚上就一個潮濕的臭味
早餐不好吃，種類少。員工會當著顧客的麪吐槽別的顧客，第一天來的晚了點，收餐的時候還在吃呢，拖把就到你腳底下來拖地了
這個價格有這種服務也是絕了

整潔、空間大，空調舒適，這次有幫我們升級稍大的房間，景色很棒！硬件設備很好，衞生乾淨，洗浴用品也很好用！飲用水和咖啡膠囊充分提供，可以改善的地方，被子較悶熱、不透氣，拖鞋較薄有點硬，浴缸的花灑水管連接處，有滲水現象，導致浴缸邊緣地上會有很多水流出來，容易滑倒，其他都很好👌
