The environment and location are good, but the service is basically non-existent. The hair dryer in the room for 2100 per night was broken. When I went to the front desk to check out with wet hair, I told them that the hair dryer was broken and I couldn't blow dry my hair. The front desk just said sorry and didn't offer to bring a hair dryer to let me blow dry my hair. It's really confusing.

I am very satisfied with choosing Oakwood Apartments during my trip to Guangzhou. The hotel is in a great location, just across the road from Zhengjia Plaza, not far from the Provincial Museum, and close to the subway station, making it very convenient for dining and shopping. You can still see some lights in the room at night, which is worth staying again.
