房間大，離火車東站近，方便高鐵，第一次入住，出差比較趕時間，就住了一晚上，早餐很豐富，威斯汀的水準還是在線的。

車到有人接應，並幫忙提行禮。
前台各位服務都非常專業和有禮貌！並送了小朋友禮品小食包。小朋友非常開心。
唯一要改進的是大堂沙發少且離前台太遠，因此小朋友在家長辦理入住時離大人太遠。且沙發離旋轉門近，讓人很擔心。
電梯有人指引，很暖心。
房間衞生非常好，床墊沙發都很舒服。阿姨們超暖心：我們外出時回來時發現：房間近玻璃牆那多了一個移動曬衣架，並把我們已清洗的衣服有序的掛在那曬太陽了。超暖心！
整體設備偏舊，但非常乾淨。沒有任何異味。但吹風筒可以更換成輕便先進點的更好。
泳池在七樓，分室內室外2種，有2個小童池。坐電梯可以直達，有毛巾飲用水，裡外都有人看管，水很乾凈！小朋大人都玩的很開心放心！

這個小童節，真的讓我們驚喜到了，酒店服務非常好，客房服務也很貼心。前台經理鄭先生給我們升級了帶運動單車的房間，也為我們的小寶貝送了小蛋糕，遊樂園繽紛多彩，孩子玩得很開心。
