每次返廣州都會去住的老牌酒店，今次亦不例外，但是對這老牌酒店十分失望，房間設備陳舊可以當懷舊，五星酒店服務可以差到現在的水平都好少有，首先前臺辦理入住的員工態度同對客人的交流水平未達星級酒店級數，可以話是差的，標示住客免費泊車竟然出閘兩次都要比錢，要自己走去問先知要去前臺辦理多次出入先可以，入住時已比車牌貴司登記，點解唔解釋清楚？？網上標示是慢充充電去到已經改左快充充電又唔更新提示，另我只有慢充的車大失預算，房間馬桶出現問題，打電話去酒店叫人維修，竟然叫我自己在馬桶某個地方修理！！作為見證多年來而又有感情的中國大酒店客人，希望管理層應該改善一下每況愈下的表現。
