賣家秀和買家秀完全是天差地別的，圖片比較温馨，也是乾淨衞生的，實際是8090年代的黃色假木板風格裝修，衞生和設施都比較差，我們在樓下喜事多買了全套的一次性用品，毛巾，杯子，拖鞋都是不能用的。就是這樣的價格，其實有點招待所的感覺，請自行腦補和考慮吧。

感覺自己在參加變形記，三百的房三塊的體驗。別被評分騙了，1分都給多了。第一次住這麼差的房，這值三百？還收一百按金，退房了還得催着人工才退還。一進房間，衣架簡陋亂七八糟，沙發、冰箱擺放很隨意，翻遍了都沒有一次性拖鞋，打電話到前台沒人接，衹有重複使用的膠拖鞋，牆壁也是亂七八糟的，熱水是一次性的洗不到一會衹剩冷水，浴室沒有架子沐浴露洗頭水都是放地上的，浴室沒有防滑墊或地毯，洗完澡出來還容易滑倒。附近還是商業區，這麼大的公寓還不包停車費，早上起床就直接退房了，住多一秒都是對自己的不尊重。
