The experience of this hotel is really disappointing. There are serious problems with the service, and the toilet is obviously not cleaned, which makes people feel very unhygienic.
In terms of room facilities, the windowless double room booked was not air-conditioned. After making a request, not only was it not handled, but it was also required to change to a room with a window. What is even more unacceptable is that when renewing the lease later, I was asked to change back to a windowless room, and the air conditioning was still not turned on. This practice is unreasonable and seriously affects the comfort and satisfaction of the accommodation.
Overall, this hotel is extremely unprofessional and irresponsible in service and facility management, and it is not recommended to choose to stay.
