定的標準兩居室，下午2點半入住，酒店房還沒打掃出來，給升級了高級兩居室，竟然有一間卧室是小黑屋，沒窗户，但是房間介紹裏竟然沒我這間房的照片和沒窗户説明，但是帶着長者和孩子，不想折騰了，過年期間也臨時訂不到房了，就將就了。
主卧晚上睡覺總是感覺涼嗖嗖的，第二天孩子都發燒了，結果第二天晚上10點才發現，有一個窗户關不死，孩子已經睡了，不想再讓酒店來人修了，自己用毛巾和衞生紙堵上了，中午暖和些了。
早餐，完全不值100元，吃了一天早晨，就跟酒店協商把第二天4份早餐早餐都退了，結果退房結賬時，衹給我退200，説另外兩個是房間套餐，我心想，房間套餐不是我自己花錢嗎？並且我還特意打電話確認了，反正經過一翻溝通，給我退了，但是大堂經理的態度好像我佔了他們很大便宜，態度很不好。
本來想拍下次卧小黑屋和窗户漏風的照片，想着不會再來這個酒店，也不想浪費時間評價，但是最後退錢這個事情讓我決定要評論一下。
總之，這裏的軟硬件服務我認為就是4星酒店的標準，體驗很差，避坑。

商務雙床環境還行，距離中軸線近，但是設施一塌糊塗，網絡是廣電的，小朋友打個遊戲都快哭出來了，延遲460ms,房間温度太高，沒有製冷，據説是因為這幾天冷，中央空調沒開，最後換了的朝北的房間，酒店工作人員也無可奈何。其實體驗很不好，沒有空調，網絡又差。唉
